Fraud billing. Worst and Rude customer care.Just don’t use their services.I was advised both by the doctor and Natera that the Panorama will not cost me more than $249 out of pocket independent of the insurance. They handed my insurance a bill of $3990 for the test they advertise for $249. Insurance denied to pay the bill and they made me responsible to pay $531 out of pocket.If I wouldn’t have shared the insurance at first place, I would just need to pay $249. Such a scam.

This is one of the worst company. I want to give zero stars. I specifically said that I will self pay for the test but they charged my insurance when I did not even shared the insurance details.Now I am supposed to pay nearly $4000 for $250 test. I also called their customer service to specifically remind them that I will self pay the test but still they charged the insurance.Stay away from this fraud company with such unethical billing practices.

Worst company ever! The customer service is awful and their billing practices are outrageous.Hope I won’t have to deal with this company ever again and hoping they will lose the lawsuit against them!

This health care provider's $350 out-of-pocket charge alongside a $13,000 insurance billing left me deeply disappointed.Despite my repeated requests to cancel insurance and self-pay, the customer service and management provided no assistance over six months. Seek alternatives due to their expensive costs and lack of support.

Megan at Natera in Kirkland is amazing. She is incredibly kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable, and she also goes the extra mile to return calls promptly and share detailed insight. The things that Natera tests for can be scary/anxiety inducing, and Megan has the perfect bedside manner and communication skills to navigate the territory.

Natera is a scummy company, be wary! They love to overcharge and try to double bill... if your insurance pays they will still try and bill you then put up a fight to get you to pay.

Professional phlebotomy service and cozy place made me so relax, even my two years old son loved here!Nicole is awesome and friendly, helped me to released my dizziness due to the blood draw. Highly recommended!
