Henry is a master nail technician and a wonderful conversationalist to boot. He did an excellent job with full acrylic overlays and a cats eye gel finish. Henry, thank you for your fabulous work. I have already received three compliments 😀

Nail Club is fantastic! I had a mani-pedi and love how beautiful my hands and feet look and feel. The salon is impeccably clean, and the environment calm and friendly. Some salons seem to be in such a frenzy that I leave feeling stressed out and exhausted, but here I actually exhaled and found myself relaxing. Yen did a phenomenal job. She was gentle with my fingers and cuticles and took time to really clean them--no blood, no pain, no red fingers that look like they went through a sander. My feet are actually supple. :-) This salon seems to really value their clients and make sure their clients leave feeling great.

It was my first time getting acrylic nails, so I didn’t have a lot of idea and didn’t know what to look out for. I now feel I was exploited for that.
People working in the salon were really sweet and it’s a very chatty atmosphere. But after I came back snd showed my nails to my friend, she said it was extremely shoddy work. My original nails are still visible from underneath, and the sides of the nails do not have polish. The cuticles weren’t properly removed. The nail shapes are also a little off and when I had tried to point these out early on, the specialist dismissed me every time saying it’s not fully done. Well, it’s done and I can’t get over how one of them is tilted to the side and not almond shaped. It wasn’t even cheap at $75.
I am to travel in a week and I’m afraid my nails will already start showing even before I reach my destination.
While they were all well-spoken, I don’t think I’ll return there for the service.

In a nail spa service offered highly depends on who help you. I did see a few happy and potentially returning customers who were happy.
But my experience was way below average. The spa pedicure was useless felt too rushed up and the massage - I did not even realize she was massaging I was under the impression she was just whipping whatever lotion that had been applied?!
The lady who did my nails cut my finger and I ended up bleeding for a few minutes and they tried a few things to stop the bleeding. And NOOO apology! She even said my skin being dry was the reason!!! It is a deep cut and it was definitely her fault to cut while she was distracted. I was thinking of leaving then and there, but did not want to make a scene out of it.
And to top it she did not do a good job the colors look uneven and patchy. And when I pointed out she just told you must have wiped it somewhere before it dried ? She had no accountability for watever it is and kept blaming me?!
I would not go back because of my experience today. Very disappointed and regret trying this place based on reviews.

Clean, on time, professional, and always an amazing job. Yen is so good (manis and pedis are what I usually get), friendly, and her attention to detail is unmatched. There is no reason to go anywhere else in Kirkland in my opinion!

Been here several times now. Love it! This is definitely my nail place now. The shop itself is clean and has good music playing. Michelle’s hands are magic! She gives the best pedicure and she is very friendly. Definitely recommend!

I've gone twice now for a pink and white acrylic set and Sandy and Henry both did a great job. Everyone there was very friendly and create relationships with the customers. It's a nice feeling when they remember people by name and remember what conversations were had from weeks prior. I was searching for a place to make my permanent nail salon and I'm glad that I found Nail Club.

Had a girl's day here with a friend, and I believe the owner helped us out. She was so kind and did a wonderful job on our pedicures. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My 96 year old mother receives nothing but compliments on her lavender colored nails. Beautifully painted and a great teamof women who are so proud of the work they do. An excellent business.

Literally the best nail salon in Kirkland! My nails always look so amazing after I go there. A must-try!!! Book in advance though because there are always super booked.
