The CSR at this location was very helpful, conversational, and informative regarding my situation with my service. I've been here twice and both were good experiences!

Service was speedy and nice. Highly recommend. The negative reviews are years old definitely not my experience. I’ve been to the Bellevue store too which is bigger but had some issues there so went here this time and am glad I did!
