I visited Mattress Firm looking for a new mattress, but was met with a sales approach that left much to be desired.The issue lay predominantly in the salesperson's demeanor. They exhibited a passive-aggressive attitude that became quickly apparent. There was a strong, almost forceful emphasis on the most expensive mattresses in the store. While I'm open to suggestions, the persistence in highlighting only the high-end options felt overwhelming and one-dimensional.More concerning was the attitude towards the less expensive mattresses. Any inquiry I made about a more modestly priced option was met with subtle disparagement. The salesperson’s comments suggested a lower quality for these options in a manner that felt dismissive and somewhat condescending. This not only made me uncomfortable but also cast a shadow of doubt over the entire range of products.This type of sales behavior is off-putting. It diminishes the shopping experience and, frankly, comes across as disrespectful. A customer's interest in different price ranges shouldn't invite judgment or a biased presentation. I had hoped for an informative, balanced interaction that respected a variety of choices.In summary, the sales experience significantly detracted from what could have been a positive visit. I left feeling more inclined to search for a mattress elsewhere, in a place where the sales approach is more accommodating and less aggressively skewed towards the most expensive items.

Astounding service and great quality. We've had our mattress for four years and it has been perfect for us, which is a big deal considering my partner has struggled with back problems for years. He hasn't been complaining for the last few. The whole process was excellent - everything was personalized and the company does what it can to ensure everything goes through smoothly. We received personalized texts and emails explaining the mattress delivery.

Don was super patient and friendly to us to explain all the questions and helped us to find the right mattress. Mattress Firm was able to do price matching for up to 4 months which made us very comfortable on placing the order right away.

I was looking for a new mattress and had a few options in mind. Donald, was not only quick to help us find the products we looked at prior but also gave great other options based on sleep habits. I know it’s very tempting to order a mattress online these days but nothing beats going to a store, talking to an expert, and trying out a mattress for yourself. Thank you Donald and team!!!

After having major issues regarding our mattress foundation that we purchased from other Mattress Firm location, Donald the store manager took our call, went an extra mile to fix the issue immediately. Although we did not purchase from this location, Donald was very sympathetic, understanding and most importantly helping us to resolve the issues created by other store location. We highly recommend going to this store if you are in the area.

Never thought picking a mattress would be fun! Had fun and laughs picking out a mattress at this store. Donald was super helpful and professional and made sure we tried different mattresses before we picked the right one. Discounts were an added bonus.

Ryan was awesome! First he helped me determine how firm or soft I wanted my mattress. Then following my parameters gave me multiple options to choose from. Ryan made mattress shopping quick and painless. I love my new mattress.

Donald was incredibly personable and awesomely knowledgeable, he made the whole experience exactly what it needed to be. He had a good sense of humor, recommended some great pillows, and explained things in a way that wasn't overbearing. This is a great place to go if you want to know what you’re buying before you bring it home I recommend 100%.

I brought my Dad to Mattress Firm Totem Lake a couple of weeks ago, as he had a lot of shoulder and back pain related to his aging mattress. And-- at 94, I was concerned we could even find something that would work well for him. Upon arrival, Ryan explained all the options clearly to us. Dad was able to make a selection. We were so grateful that it could be delivered the next day. Result: no shoulder or back pain since. We are delighted with this outcome! Thanks Ryan!

We had an excellent shopping experience today! Ryan was knowledgeable, calculated, and friendly. He ensured we ended up on a mattress that was comfortable, ergonomic, and within our budget. 10/10 recommend giving this store a visit. Lots of selection and the staff will steer you in the right direction.
