We had a wonderful experience shopping here. With the help of our associate Levi we were able to find the perfect mattress for us. The delivery process also makes life easy for us.
We never felt pressured to purchase anything but we’re convinced by the quality of the products available and the helpfulness of the staff.

The actual buying process was fine.
Return process:
Overcharged on a component, made the return process suck because I'm still paying.
Intentionally or not, not great.

I came in on multiple occasions and at first they seem pleasant and quoted me their lowest price of 1599 I then presented to them a quote that I received from a different mattress firm at 1499 and the gentlemen got aggressive and replied that he would refuse to compete with another store. It’s interesting how they claim they can only do so much on the price but when it comes to stocking it’s all comes from Sumner which ultimately supplies the western Washington mattress firms.

Don assisted me through the selection process of an Adjustable Bed Base and Mattress which required him to find my neighbor and patient a very specific system to meet all her medical needs. Unlike other stores, Don organized his selections into three easy to understand tiers of information. He also recommended the ideal sheets and protective cover for the new mattress. As the National Pain Specialist for a company traded on NASDAQ where I managed a National Sales Force of 27 Sales Representatives, I've found Don to be professional, team building in his interactions with staff, as well as easy to work with. As a Critical Care Medicine Specialist and Pain Specialist I feel Don would be an outstanding asset in his role as a Manager in any store or Region he would be put in charge of. Thank you for hiring such an amazing, qualified manager.

The store was very clean and the guy who sold us. Our mattress was very nice and knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us at all.
That unfortunately, is where the experience ended.
I am still in shock at how bad the delivery drivers smelled. We asked them to take their shoes off and their feet stunk so bad. I’m not trying to be mean. I am literally unable to comprehend how you can have delivery drivers presumably going into nice houses smelling like that.
Then, while they were laboriously, dragging our new mattress upstairs, they got their sweat and dirt from their faces and arms all over our new mattress protector.
I would not be able to allow someone like that in my house again. If I buy a mattress or anything else that needs to be delivered from the store in the future, I will have to be reassured that it is not these delivery drivers.
