Can not express our appreciation for Tim enough! We stopped by multiple times to find the next mattress that worked for us, and Tim tirelessly answered our questions with deep knowledge in a personable manner. He found a product in our price range, and told us the ideal time to come back and test out the final mattress candidates... Which we did. Go to Mattress Depot, ask for Tim, and find the best mattress fit for yourself.

I am giving them 2 stars because the sales man opted to not bother selling us the pillow I desperately needed that night just because he had already “closed the register” and 10 minutes before the actual store closing hour! Will never go back since they obviously don’t care about customers.

We went to the Totem Lake Store just to look at a bed for back pain issues.John was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful which is what was important to us. We bought a wonderful bed and they delivered the next day. Recommend highly

We looked at mattresses several months ago at Mattress Depot USA at Totem Lake but we weren’t ready to buy, we were just looking. We loved that all of our questions were answered and we weren’t pressured. Today we were ready to buy. We went back to Mattress Depot and we had a great experience. You should definitely shop here.
