***UPDATE*** We found out the day after driving the car home that the chip protection promised to be performed one week out from purchasing is actually ONE MONTH... so trying to make sure we don't drive the car on the highway otherwise the many thousands spent on chip protection seem pointless. If you cannot offer a service within a short amount of time after purchasing the price should be discounted severely... now we are shuffling around four drivers with ONE car to take to work shifts, appts, etc to avoid the new car getting scratched and chipped. This is NOT acceptable. We have two cars but one is basically undriveable for a month to protect it. Plus we don't want our teenagers driving the new expensive car. Considering the costs involved this is not a good look for Lee Johnson...and I took away one star...

I went to Lee Johnson Kia of Kirkland with a pre approved loan from my credit union and plenty of cash down. Jeffrey was the sales rep. He did his job as much as he could. However, the financing is a big sham. They bad mouth each other. Then, they wanted to run my credit unnecessarily with Lee Johnson and Kia. Now I have 3 hard hits on my credit. I only authorized 1 from my Credit Union. Not only that, they work together. Those credit checks were unnecessary. Every credit check is a hard hit on your credit. Just beware. Legally, if you're pre-approved, know your rights. Regretting doing business business with them. There are so many other details from this experience. I'm just over these shysters.

Update- Our initial experience with Alex was extremely positive. Friendly (but not fake or cheesy), informative not "pushy." We happily purchased our 2023 Sorento. Unfortunately there was an issue with the car after 3 days. I inquired about the exchange program and Alex and the sales manager ensured a smooth and easy transaction. If you are looking to purchase from Lee Johnson Kia I would highly recommend requesting Alex to assist you with the sales process.

Great customer service from Julia at Lee Johnson Kia. She was great through the whole process and helped us with any questions we had. She had great follow up when we picked up the car and checked that we had everything we needed. I would recommend Julia and Lee Johnson Kia to anyone.

I called Services about a mechanical problem with my 2020 Kia Forte. The e-brake cable has been ripped off of the chassis. I understand the problem, but the service guy that answered my call talked to me like I was a child. I tried to explain this problem in different ways to help him understand the issue. He didn't ask any questions for clarification. After I explained it multiple times, he said "because of your lack of logic you just need to make an appointment". Lack of logic? I'm not a mechanic. He repeated this statement again about my logic and called me a "kiddo" before ending the call. He was not professional, even when he answered the call with "yo yo yo". I'm not one to leave a review but the way this guy handled my call was not okay. My next call will be to corporate

I did not have a good experience at this location sadly. I have brought my Kia Optima here several times for some services & needed to have my sunroof checked & repaired. I scheduled this appointment a month ago requesting to have my sunroof checked as I had a diagnostic done at another auto repair place that stated my sunroof run off was clogged so it was leaking inside on the passenger side. The repair place was not able to do the work so they sent me to the dealership. I arrived the day of my appointment (after waiting for a month with a leak in the sunroof) only to find they don't do this kind of repair and would need a specialist that would be a couple "months". The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude. I was shocked they could see the purpose of my appointment and not call to say they don't do that kind of service. I literally took the day off of work because the person on the phone told me they would need the car most of the day (I only have one vehicle). After this experience, I called a different dealership in Everett that got me in right away, sent me an Uber to the mall to hang while they worked, they completed it within 2 hours and were so incredibly friendly! I will never go back to the Kirkland dealership after this experience.

I had my routine service for my Kia Optima on Friday, November 3, 2023. Upon picking up my car later in the afternoon, I was charged $127 along with a 3% credit card fee. Although I was surprised by the 3% fee, they had a sign explaining it. What left me baffled was that no one explained the condition of my car to me. I expected a service report detailing the work performed, but to my astonishment, there was no report attached. I tried calling this morning, but unfortunately, no one has addressed my concerns.

We spoke to Kyle on the phone about purchasing our vehicle asked what condition it was in gave details about a minor scratch, got a price that was good & drove an hour out of our way only to learn that our tires were not brand new and that would decrease offer either $1k or we could bring it back with new tires for the original offer price. Needless to say, a giant waste of time. They never were going to give us that original price & thought maybe we would just go for it. Going to Carmax tomorrow for a better price. Don't bother with these guys, waste of time and effort.

If I could give zero stars I would, the salesman DAVID was so rude. When we first got there he would only speak to my husband and even though I gave them MY ID for the test drive they tried to hand the keys over to MY HUSBAND. We said multiple times we were car shopping for me. Then he tried to tell me we couldn't look at a certain vehicle because we looked like we couldn't afford it apparently and to top it off he tried to explain to me how a push to start vehicle worked in such a condescending way when I didn't even ask nor needed the explaining. Do NOT come here they obviously has bad reviews for a reason
