Salesman is a good guy. Finance guy is bad just want to sell you stuff. Did not even give me my paperwork I had to asked my salesman to get it for me.I always buy cars but their manager never come out to introduce themselves or even said congrats or hello. I probably won’t buy here again or recommend them.

The sales team is extremely rude. They act nice and friendly when trying to sell you a car, though they constantly attempt to sneak in price hikes. Once the deal is done, their customer service disappears completely. They won't answer calls and have even hung up on me. Very disappointing experience.

I continue to receive emails from this dealership regarding someone named Sarah's 2019 Nissan Frontier. I have unsubscribed from their emails countless times, called the dealership numerous times, and still receive the emails. This has been going on for about three or four years, and I continue to be told there is nothing they can do to stop emails from their dealership being sent to me since my email is not in their system. I have never visited this dealership, and live on the other side of the country. Extremely frustrating that they are unable to sort this issue out. I do not want to even imagine what would happen if I were to furnish them with my personal information (as opposed to them somehow getting a hold of it secondhand).

Michael and his colleagues did a fantastic job when handling the leasing of our CX-50. The process was clear from start to finish and the communication was prompt and clear. Handover process was smooth and only took a couple of hours to go through the finance, sign forms, and get the car prepped (all on a Saturday afternoon).

I found a used car I wanted so I messaged the dealership for more info. Beau Perry was quick to get back to me and happy to answer all my questions. On top of the info package he also sent a video so I could get a more realistic feel for the car. I wanted the car so Beau helped me set up an appointment to come pick it up as I was traveling from Oregon. The car was ready and freshly washed when we arrived. The entire process was simple and straightforward. There was a bit of a wait to clear paperwork with the finance person because someone was ahead of us but Beau brought us popsicles and made out wait comfortable. Overall a great experience and we absolutely love our new car. Thank you
