Jeffrey is an All Star, we loved all the help from him and he helped us choose a brand new Sorento and we love it. Highly recommend him, he answered all of our questions and made sure the whole process was efficient. Definitely going to recommend Lee Johnson Kia to our friends and family!

I wish we had -ve score. Leased Kia 2024 Ev6. I brought the car in for service because of a coolant leak. They told me it was caused by an impact, so I asked them to fix it and I'm willing to pay. I'm not sure where the impact occurred, but I just want to get the car back as soon as possible. They initially said they needed a part and that it would be fixed and delivered on 9/3, but it was later rescheduled to 9/4. since my advisor is on day off on 9/4 no one was able to give update. on 9/5 my advisor promised the delivery then later changed to 9/6. then again changed to 9/9. My advisor Steve was unavailable on 9/9, leaving everyone clueless. They emphasized that only the advisor could handle the car. Sent an escalation email to manager and he did not even bother to respond. - other advisors said in general only advisor that was assigned can respond and if they have a day off you have to wait. What if I give my car to service and that advisor falls sick - i have to pray got for his recovery if not i can't get my car back ?

Overwhelmingly frustrating.
I walked up knowing exactly which car i wanted and didnt need a test drive.
It took 2 hours of jumping through hoops of signing my name on sheets of paper talking about what hypoyhetical monthly payment i want to get an interest rate quote and was given insane interest rates despite my 800 credit score (which miraculously they were able to lower when i mentioned that i had a competing quote), after I buy the car they suddenly tell me it has a recall and they need to deliver it a few days later.
They deliver it and it has a dent in the door. They say they can fix it. Play phone tag for a week to get it scheduled.
Drive it 45 minutes to the dealership to drop it off, leave it there for a day, drive 45 minutes to pick it up and they've lost my keys. Have to get my wife to drive home and come back with the keys. They offered to give me a loaner til Monday but I really don't trust them with my car over the weekend at this point, which is conveniently left unlocked in their lot by the way.

Visited the place on 9/1 in the evening to test drive the telluride and Sorento. This gentleman sitting in a corner signalled at us and asked us to come talk to him. Asked him for details about the cars and a test drive if possible. The gentleman said test drive is not possible saying we won’t have time (when there was more than 1 hour remaining for the store to close). He just opened the cars and asked us to check the cars. When we walked up to open the car and check interiors, the car was actually locked. When we asked this person, he said he opened it and we should have checked it quickly (we actually tried opening the car within 5-10 seconds from when he opened it). He kept arguing that he opened it and we didn’t check it (like at this point he wanted to fight with us. He could have just simply opened the car again).
This was probably the worst experience we have had with a dealer before. We are not going to consider buying a Kia because of this hostile experience.
If the management is reading this, they need to address this quickly before they lose more customers!
