They have a terrible customer service. After calling many times and leaving voice mails just to never get a response, I went in person to confirm that everything was set for my 3-hour glucose test in the next morning, which I had an appointment for at 9am. They confirmed I was all set. The next day, after clearing my agenda at work and fasting for 9h+, I came in just to be told that this lab could only start by 8:30am at the most. This is precisely the kind of information that should have been given the day before. They then tried to imply I was late as if I had missed my appointment - but I was in fact 20min early.

Went there today as a walk in, checking in was easy, the staff are very nice and helpful. The phlebotomist that took my blood was kind and very good at her job!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at LabCorp. There was only one staff member working to handle all patients, specimen processing, and administrative tasks. This resulted in extremely long wait times — customers were waiting for hours just to have their specimens processed.
This situation not only reflects poor staffing management but also raises serious concerns about employee wellbeing and the quality of patient care. It was clear the employee was overworked and doing her best under stressful conditions, but no one person should have to manage an entire lab alone.
This makes me hesitant to leave my specimen there in the future, as it suggests the company does not prioritize proper staffing or support for its employees, which could impact accuracy and safety. I hope LabCorp reviews its staffing policies and ensures adequate coverage to protect both patients and staff.

Went in on Saturday 11.30 but asked to come back on Monday despite 30 minutes from closing time on Saturday.

Did a great job with a 2 yo at Kirkland 128th NE location, which wasn't trivial.

The location is a bit obscure, it's down the end of a long hallway on the first floor. The waiting area is nicely decorated once you find the place though. The phlebotomist I saw for my appointment was really nice and friendly, and made the visit an absolute breeze! I would definitely come here again.

This is the worst place ever. I waited for over 90 minutes to get a blood draw. Don’t ever come here!

Most rude and unhelpful staff working here, specially at reception.

Made a 9:15am appointment. Checked in at 9am. Wasn't seen until 10am. Phlebotomist was excellent and quick. Staff are kind and pleasant, but waiting room is overly full and many people standing and waiting. Chairs full. Update your online appointments accordingly as folks shouldn't have to wait this long.

I don't know if it is this location or if they sent my specimen to be run elsewhere. Either way, one of my two stool specs in results says they did not receive the specimen. This is absolutely false. I guess they lost it. This is not the first time I've had issues with Labcorp. Come on people! How hard is this?

They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Ive called multiple times now. I even called minutes before going in and once I got there they were sitting at the desk with only one person waiting in the room and it was 2 employees and they didn't look preoccupied at all. If you have a problem you must have to go in person. Even when I asked them questions in person I couldn’t even get a straight answer about my daughter’s blood work. Then reception had the hardest time finding her doctor to send the labs to, and now we have been waiting for her labs for 2 weeks and Childrens still hasn’t received anything. Never going here again!!!

Front desk staff was the very opposite of compassionate when they couldn’t get me in for a blood draw that my doctor had ordered last minute, and that I need today.
I was literally standing there crying and spoken to VERY sarcastically, almost to the point of yelling: “I’m so SORRY that we close at 12 and we all need to go home.“
Look, I’ve worked customer service jobs. I get it. Closing time is closing time, and if you can’t get me in, you can’t get me in. But there’s no excuse to be a dick about it.
I expect ANYONE working in the medical field, whether they are working directly with medical care for patients or not, to be better trained in dealing with people who are going through potentially extremely emotional times in their life. Do better, Labcorp.

Don’t come here if you are a tough stick. They will just make a pin cushion practicing on you and then turn you away…. say “good luck elsewhere” when they’re done experimenting on you… and then blame you for not being hydrated enough.

Got directed here from another Labcorp as one of only 4 in the area that do urine drug screens. Came in at 230 as they only offer drug screens 130-330 and got told they’re all booked for the day. I would try and find another company to get your lab work done. They are inflexible and you have to take a day off work to work around their schedule!
