I've had personal training before in the past but I've never had a personal trainer like Andrew. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I'm hitting my goals. We workout twice a week he tracks my calories and protein intake. I told him that I had to change my diet because of a medical issue and he completely rewrote what I should eat. He knew exactly what was okay for me to eat and what I shouldn't be eating. He has gone above and beyond in every single way. I've been with him for 4 weeks now and I've already gained 6 pounds. If you're looking for a trainer that will go above and beyond for you and you're willing to put in the work I can only suggest Andrew. He's easily been the best personal trainer I've ever had.

Well, I never do reviews. But yesterday, something happened that left me embarrassed and humiliated. (Jessy) was rude to me and my best friend (we used to work out together), having fun. Then, he came up to us and said that I was teaching her, but I was actually training and having fun. He asked another employee to chase us at that gym. He threatened to cancel my friend's registration. She took me as a guest. And he really did cancel it (because he said he thought I was teaching her). So, I can't go to any gym to train with my friends? He's very rude. Prejudiced, I'm worried about such a beautiful gym with such a terrible professional.

I have never felt so disrespected as I was at this gym. I was harassed by one of the trainers (Jesse) and other staff. I was working out with my best friend and this guy Jesse came accusing her of being my trainer and that she could not come to the gym because her membership and mine would be canceled.
He asked another staff to be following us at the gym and when I came to talk to them they said is their criteria to decide who is training someone or not. I have been to that gym only twice with my friend and they already decided that she was my trainer and I had no saying in it.
This guy, Jesse, is so rude and disrespectful with women. It was so embarrassing and intimidating the way he talked to us. I felt humiliated and threatened by him and by the other girl following us around as if we were criminals.This guy Jesse came to talk to me again while we were working out asking my name and talking to me in the most intimidating way possible. When I went to talk to the “manager” Carlos, he didn’t even want to listen to me. He could care less about what I was saying. Instead two trainers and the “manager”, all stood together to intimidate us.
Maybe if they were good trainers they would have clients and no time to harass people trying to workout and have a good time at the gym.
As if it couldn’t be worse they canceled my membership as I was walking out of the place. Disgusting! Great way to treat new customers!
Never ever again!

The Gym is good. But Jesse is the worst possible salesman I have ever seen. They charge unauthorized fees and try their best to avoid cancellation. I was not even able to cancel the towel service because whenever I call they say that they have to do it in person. When I visit in person the manager is never there to do the cancellation. I went there today in office hours to cancel it at 1 pm but the manager is never there. Please be very careful on how much they charge monthly.

My experience at this location has been amazing. The faculties are almost always pristine and when they are not they are quick to correct. My onboarding process was so smooth with Tony and his care really felt genuine. Also want to give a HUGE shout out to my trainer Andrew Tran!!! He is incredible, he will push you to your limits but he is always there to support you. Andrew also fosters such a positive social environment at LA FITNESS. Andrew is definitely one of the main reasons I have committed and maintained my new lifestyle.

Jessy is extremely dishonest and incredibly rude when responding to any questions we have. It's clear that other customers have had the same terrible experience, as reflected in the reviews here. I have no idea what makes him think he can treat people this way.
"His behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It’s baffling that someone with such a poor attitude is allowed to represent this business. I won’t be returning, and I strongly urge others to avoid dealing with him if they expect any level of respect or honesty.

The gym is well equipped but the sales rep and management are lacking honesty and professionalism. They upsold us by providing false information about their own packages, and when being asked to cancel/downgrade, apparently no one has permission to do so and had to call multiple times a week waiting for their “manager” to be back at work.

Huge shout out to the team that runs this LA fitness, especially Tony, who made my day by lending a hand answering all my questions about the location and facilities. He was very warm and genuine, and I felt right at home!
This location has fantastic equipment variety, quality, and quantity. And special care is obviously given to the hygiene/cleanliness in this gym ??

Seems like la fitness is going down hill for a signature la fit I am surprised to see so much black mold in the showers and ceilings . They have mold on the floor the men’s locker rooms are gross and dirty equipment is getting tired and broken as well and is run down

The management at this gym is so rude and dishonest. They try to rob you off with lies on every step.
One of the multiple examples: their managers Michael and Jessy would only be present for certain office hours, and to cancel any of the auto-pay services they make sure you cannot email, nor do it on phone or app. You go in-person, but they won't be there to attend.

The managers there are rude and the policies are against the customers.
Their manager Michael would only be present in the gym for few hours in the day, and for opting out of any of the service, you would require his presence in the gym.
This has happened at multiple instances, be it while cancelling personal sessions auto-pay or towel service auto-pay. They would not be present at club, nor would cancel it over the phone, and keep robbing you with auto pay every month for additional services.

Jessy is one of the most dishonest person I’ve met in my life (he is the manager for personal training at this gym). His techniques are no less than a seasoned conman. I told him I’m moving states in the coming months at the time of sign-up and he lied about cancellation terms and cancellation fees even though I asked him three times about cancellations. He told me I can cancel anytime because of relocation and I will get refund for all unused sessions as well. I didn’t know but he signed me up for six months contract. He actively discouraged me from reading the contact (only turns screen to customer at sign page), lied about the terms, I never got a copy of the contract (email turned up misspelled). When I tried to cancel after few months he told me I can only get a hard copy printed in person, can only submit cancellations in person (I was in Asia atm), and as proof of relocation I should submit a copy of my drivers license/ lease in the new state (across the country) IN-PERSON in WA. Also the cancellation processing time can be several months. He had also signed me up for automatic renewal. Very frustrating experience. In my opinion he should be fired and probably prosecuted.

Spacious, friendly staff, and lots of open equipment. Convinced my partner to switch gyms. Clean facility and clean bathrooms. Love the sauna, and the hot tub here is cleaner than other locations.
