Jodi was SUPER helpful! Was with the storage for almost a year and had no problems. Safe even at night - very well lit building. I would definitely recommend here to friends/family mainly because of the staff, they are really great!

Ben from Factoria Security Self Storage was so kind to send me to Jodi at Kirkland Way Storage. They are both such generous, thoughtful and respectful professionals who don't waste your time or drag you around the emotional map with sales games or pitches. Thank you for being fast and effective, hassle-free and with integrity.This new storage facility is the best I've seen yet. Coming from Urban Storage, also new, I love how this has the extra touch of individual unit alarms and high surveillance. The office is neat, clean and pleasant: no strange odors or dirty floors. The actual storage facilities are well-maintained and the loading dock is accessible to any location your unit is.Fast, professional and hassle-free: registration is easy, straightforward and this is a fabulous experience so far.

Looks like all the good reviews are for Jodi (sp?) - with good reason.Jodi was professional yet informal, kind and gracious. Helped me and another group of folks and we were all laughing.Easy to sign up for and get into my new unit for my business.Don't expect this kind of service from self storage. You didn't have to, but you did! And that is why Jodi is awesome.Thank you!!!

I’ve been with Kirkland way Storage for almost 3 years. Jodi is a wonderful customer service rep and very good at her position. I’ve had no problems or concerns with the safety of my belongings here. The facility is always clean and sanitary. I give Kirkland way storage a 10 across the board!!!!

This was one of the absolute best experiences I've had with renting a space for my items. Professional ,friendly, and informative staff.
