I was looking for a consultation regarding a little dent on the side of my tire. This place looked very professional and customer-oriented, they answered my questions in detail free of charge. Will come again for sure if I have anything other tire problem.

I pulled in with a flat and the crew got to work immediately and saved my road trip. They had exactly what i needed and gave me a great price on damn near band new tire. The tire replacement took less then 10 minutes I was extremely great full and impressed 10:30 AM Saturday June 1st 2024

Had a great experience with these guys when I went in there a while ago to swap the wheels on my car for some new rims and they had it done super fast. And they put the old wheels in the boxes that the new ones had came in, and loaded them into my trunk, so it was all cleaned up and ready when I picked up my car.

Worst location ever! I have shown up at 8 am sharp 5 different days asking for an oil change and every time I’m told they are to busy but yet zero cars in the shop on lifts and works just standing around but yet to busy to do actual work! Lazy workers lazy owner and over all they should just close the doors if they not wanting to do work! Avoid here at all cost.

Stopped by due to air leaking from tire, looked promising to get some help since they Didn’t have much customers. I was not in a rush but Guy said they couldn’t help because their tire machine was broken. So much for the name “Tire Pros”… lol

We had such a great experience at Tire Pros in Kirkland! Ben is a wonderfully kind soul and gave honest advice regarding the condition of my tires. I pulled into Kirkland Tire Pros to fix my vehicle's alignment issue. Before having my car fixed, the vehicle tended to veer off to the right side of the road whenever I drove anywhere. When I arrived at Kirkland Tire pros, Dan was able to get me a deal with new tires so that I wouldn’t have any issues with them in the future. After attaching new tires, Dan and his team were able to fix my car’s alignment issues for a low price. Ever since I had all the steering issues fixed, I’ve noticed that the car has been significantly easier to steer than in the past. I couldn’t be happier with the service that Dan and Kirkland Tire Pros gave me.

You are a doing great job by reading the reviews. Pay diagnostic if you want to get lied.The car of mine needed an alignment and I proceeded to the nearest shop. They said they need to diagnostic the car before making sure if they can PROPERLY fix the car and costs around 120-130$ I agreed as due to my steering was enough curved. They found couple damaged parts which I paid every single penny to make my car safe on the road. Totally paid 720-740$ for alignment and fixing the damaged parts even parts were bought for around 200$ where is 15$ for parts each on any nearest parts shop (brand new)The day after fixing we noticed the steering wheel was almost as same as before, pulling to right or left steering wheel is completely looking to side mirrors and still continue telling me it is in great shape. Came there second time with the same problem of alignment and they called me when it was ready saying it is in great shape but you know the result(same same same) Afterwards they denied to refund for alignment. However it continued this way for multiple times, wasting my days time money and giving false hope. I gave up on them and decided to go to the other shop to get it repaired and to find out what they did incorrectly( I am sure about that). Get a lawyer if you were ripped off and good luck finding othernearby stores
