This car wash does work nicely as it is brushless. My concerns are that the rewash doesn't work properly. I usually wait for it to turn on and then drive through. Once it did turn on, it went for a second, then turned off. This has happened to me twice, and 1 time it never turned on. Also, one bay is closed and has been closed for a few months now.

i took my car there and got the Diamond package and it didn’t clean anything. My car wasn’t even dirty just full of soap.

This place has gone so downhill. I’ve been coming here for years but unfortunately each time gets worse. None of the vacuums work, 3 out of 4 of the self wash stations aren’t working, and the foam gun is always out of soap. This will be my last time choosing this location to wash my vehicle, hopefully the brown bear opens soon and is more maintained.

This place is a joke. One of the automatic washes is non-functioning, and two of the self wash bays are closed. At least 3 of the vacuum stations are broken

Can't wait for Brown Bear to open across the street. This place is always broken, never gets the car clean, and is hard to use. I've gone dozens of times over years of living here, but it never gets better.

The place is going downhill fast. I came here two weeks ago. The self wash stalls were all broken with the exception of one. I use the automatic car wash and that thing was leaking everywhere and didnt wash jack squat. The only thing that works at the car wash is the machine that takes your money to pay for the car wash. The place looks like a homeless encampment . everybody avoid the car wash here.

Worst carwash EVER! It didn't work at all. Soap was only distributed on the passenger side window! At the very end, I think it was wax that was dispensed all over my car, and nothing was rinsed off! That was all it did!! Only the blower as we drove out pushed some off! After paying for the $15 something carwash, I had to pay ANOTHER $3 just to rinse off my car! The phone number is pointless. Apparently, it's just there to tell you that you qualify for $100 rebate and that just repeats until it hangs up on you! I DO NOT recommend.

Last night, I went to wash my car with the automatic car wash, even though the automatic machine was broken, they did not close it and only the floor spilled on my car, and I had to come to my house and clean my car and call the customer service number, there is a fake number there. Please do not visit this car wash at all

Was worried with poor reviews but car wash looked busy so thought I'd give a try. Car is arguably looking worse after the wash. Streaks left all over it and general grime off the sides wasn't removed. Used the no-touch laser wash, no attendant to speak with.
Wouldn't recommend.

I took my truck through the touchless wash today. It usually comes out clean, but was actually dirty than when I arrived, streaks and residue everywhere. I had to hand wash at home.
