She is extremely communicative (especially when in need of a quick response), very transparent with rates/additional discounts (what you can do with your quote to save additional funds if you wanted) and I get the flexibility of paying monthly without having to worry about paying upfront for a 'discount' like other companies (if I pay upfront for a year vs. monthly).
