We drove from the Tri-Cities to buy our new vehicle from this dealership, and it was entirely worth it! Our experience at Honda of Kirkland was great. Jade, our salesperson, was such a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and she was more than willing to answer any of our questions. She was honest and transparent through the process, not something we are used to when trying to buy a car - and that made all the difference. Additionally, we were able to negotiate terms via email, which made the process...almost enjoyable? Something I cannot say about any other prior car-buying experience. Dan, the sales manager was also great. He was able to accommodate all of our requests, and always provided quick responses. We would highly recommend Jade, Dan and all of Honda of Kirkland --even if you have to make a bit of a drive to get there. Well worth it in the end!

Leased my 4th Ridgeline from Polo Dong, Polo makes the transaction smooth and easy, no drama or B.S. it's why I keep coming back. Memo in Finance was the same, professional, not pushy and straight forward, this is the way a car/truck transaction should happen, I highly recommend these guys.
By the way the Ridgeline is a great truck and yes it is a real truck.

My sister and I came in here to look at cars. Just because we are young girls does not mean we don’t know what questions to ask or what we are looking for. These car sales guys were aggressive and we did not feel treated us with the same dignity and respect as when we brought our dad. Be aware that this place discriminates based on gender and age. If you’re young and female come with your dad or male friends so you don’t get scammed or treated as less.

Alex the salesman, along with the sales manager and finance specialist all were kind and helpful. They listened to my needs and helped arrange a good deal for both me and the dealership. The process took a long time but I was very happy with the deal and love my new car.

Best dealership experience we have had so far. Found a Honda accord online that was used that we were interested in. Went to the dealership to check it out. Zach was very laid back, kind and professional and set us up to test drive the car. The original pricing of the car was a bit out of our price range. The guys at the dealership gave us space to talk, and in now way seemed too overly concerned or like they were trying to push anything on us. Talked to jay the sales manager as we were leaving and he ended up hearing exactly what we were expecting finance wise and made it happen for us! Everyone was super hepful and accommodating. Realize that they did what they could to get us in the car we came in wanting. Loved our experience. I’ve worked in car sales, and bought many cars over the years and I’ll say this was easily some of the kindest and most laid back people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Truly we’re just there to inform and assist. Couldn’t reccomend Honda of Kirkland more. Thanks again guys!

I bought 2025 CRV Hybrid SPORTL. It is my first new car. The buying process was really smooth. This is because Jacqueline was quick and efficient. She went all the pros and cons. Guided me through the comparison of different versions of CRV. After the test drive , I decided to purchase. Purchased process was easy and quick. Finally, she gave a quick hands-on tutorial on the manuals.
