We brought our car in for major service. Kam helped us out and we could not have had a better experience. Our car was done faster than expected and at less cost than the estimate! Plus Kam is professional, honest, and was just such a joy to speak with. Glad to have such honest, thoughtful service in town.

I had a wonderful experience with Honda of Kirkland Service Center. They are mindful of customers' money and time, and only perform the maintenance that makes sense for your vehicle. They actively suggest not performing unnecessary services and save your money and time. Highly recommended. Prices are also reasonable.

Both Joe Davis service advisor and the Master mechanic quickly diagnosed a broken coil system while working on other problems. I was texted and set up for an appointment for the next day. A new coil was delivered and installed quickly. Thanks to the both of them.

Their skill to tell whether the tires need rotation or not was excellent. They finished up the maintenance menu that "requires" tire rotation (1 in maintenance code) super fast skipping tire rotation. According to them, they noticed that the tires were in good condition. I paid the full amount of the maintenance fee admiring their knowledge and professionalism.

Update: The below may still be true about the engine oil but I found out that these Hondas as they age are notorious for burning engine oil. So, adding a star from 1 star to two. However they, knowing that, should probably notify owners.There is a lot I could get into here, but it will suffice to say that they short filled my engine oil, which I found out after getting my transmission, previously serviced here, replaced by a different shop.Previous Review (01/2023): I just get a bad feeling with the service dept. Idk if it’s lack of eye contact or whatever but just not the same as when I went to Honda of Sumner.

Been going here for over a decade. They used to be decent; now they are the worst. They lie and charge for things not done/checked. They have an obnoxious tendency to play mind games and they love to waste as much of your time as possible. Your appointment is not a service appointment; it's a drop-off appointment. They'll get around to your vehicle in a week or when they feel like it. Workers are rude and dismissive about any concerns. Prepare to rip your hair out and be overcharged for the pleasure.Carpros down the street is better. Numark in Woodinville is better. I've heard great things about Honda of Bellevue, but don't know from firsthand experience. Don't waste your time and money and find a different mechanic. The prices are way above industry standard and the work they perform is poor at best. I'm more than happy with my needs being fulfilled elsewhere.

I have two Honda cars and have been going to this place for a several years. This time they claimed they did tire rotation and charged me for it. But I had pictures taken before the drop off as I had my doubts from previous experiences. So this time I had proof they hadn't done it and still charged me for it. Now I don't trust if they did oil change or any other fluids they were meant to change. Keep in mind the tire rotation service is free in most other places.They offered a partial refund because they were caught on a lie with proof. But I think this place has lost my trust. I warn others of the same.Services: Tires

TLDR: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!I bought my car in 2016 from Honda of Kirkland and I’ve always came here for service. This place use to be great and trustworthy. However, this time I went in for a regular service and ask them too look at the brakes. They told me they would call if they fond anything.They didn’t. They went ahead with the service unauthorized which cost over 400 dollars. I only found this out when I went to pick up my car and the service center was already closed and no one could speak to me.It’s not even about the price but the lack of transparency. What a shame, definitely never coming back.

Don’t even bother with this place, take your car to a REAL mechanic.I took my girlfriends car in for an oil change and an engine diagnostic because we were hearing a weird noise. It took them about a week to get to it and when I went to pick it up, they said, and I quote because I have a recording of the conversation: “ we didn’t figure out what’s wrong with it, we heard the noise and took an educated guess. It’s gonna be almost $8000 to fix, you should just scrap your car and buy a new one.”They made me pay $300 for an oil change and an educated guess. $300 for them to tell me to scrap my car because it sounds like this one thing we worked on one time but we’re not really sure idkIt feels like they stole from me honestly.At the time there was no way I was going to afford to pay $8000 to fix a car let alone buy a whole new one. I’ve never been more stressed in my lifeThe next day I decided to take it to a place called Jay’s auto care in Kirkland, they called me an hour later with the exact diagnostic and fixed it the next day for only $2800ONLY TOOK JAYS TWO DAYS TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT WHEN IT TOOK HONDA A WEEK TO GIVE ME AN EDUCATED GUESSImagine if I had took their advice and scraped my car.Imagine paying $300 for an educated guessHonda is a waste of valuable time and hard earned money.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

This service center makes me cry at every opportunity.I went here to replace my passenger side mirror and they gave me an estimate of $1,000. At first, I cried my eyes out since I can’t afford that kind of repair (I’m a college student with a part time job). Then, I decided to do it myself. The full repair took me an hour and $200.I recently made an appointment for an oil change, but I missed the appointment for personal reasons. I called to reschedule, but they claimed that they couldn’t find my appointment in the first place (I got a conformation email when I booked the appointment so I know that it did exist). Then, they said that their nearest available time is in 8 days. At that point, I just told them I would book it online. Instead, I went to Honda of Bellevue (which has a way easier booking process) and booked an appointment for the next day.Just go to Honda of Bellevue if you like good service, honest pricing, and just less hassle.

I went in for an oil change and to have a brake light fixed. I told them about the light up front and they said no problem. I didn't ask about it after but they gave me my inspection report with all of the green boxes checked so I assumed it was done. Checked when I got home and it's still burned out. I also asked about the brakes which I know are getting low and he said they're fine. Later looked at the inspection and it says N/C which I assume means not checked. I understand the inspection is a courtesy but if you can't trust it what's the point? It's not close to my home so having to go back for this is frustrating.

2/2 bad experiences here for automotive service. Honda of Bellevue contrasts by a lot, I'd take your business there.
