Overrated, Overpriced, Slow & Unresponsive. Julia Proudlove will cost you an arm and a leg for a basic form. She will charge you $350 for 30min chat in person or by phone. I emailed her several times requesting a 1099 form, i was getting no response in May. In June, she sent me the 1099 form by mail along with 3 separate bills. Ridiculous. Carelessly she never responds when questioning her pricing in her sent bills. Oh by the way, I won't trust the other positive reviewers. Check out her reviews on yelp.

My experience with Julia Proudlove was slow and inefficient. 2 weeks passed after several emails requesting 1099 form. Then finally after issuing the requested form a bill is sent to me that costed me an arm and a leg. She will charge you $350 for 30min whether you sit down with her the first time or whether you speak to her by phone. Good Luck!

I've been with HSA for at least a couple decades now. And had the transitioning as CPA's have retired and have been very happy with those transitions. I highly recommend HSA to anyone looking for a CPA.

I am so thankful to the entire team at Hersman, Serles, Almond. Everyone from the front desk to the owners are so amiable and knowledgeable. They make preparing your taxes painless. Whether you are an individual, family, small business or large business owner, they are top of the line when it comes to timeliness and professionalism. Basically, they are not only experts in their fields but very approachable when it comes to something many of us are nervous to do ourselves. They do not ask or give a "satisfaction survey"....but if they did I would rate 10/10 and I would certainly refer them to anyone I know.
