Arrived 35 minutes before closing 2 employees wrapping up with customers and only one customer waiting and as I was being greeted (along with their poor attitude) requesting a quick trim since I'm just a guy with short hair taking 10-12 minutes to cut got tops. Instead I got turned away immediately without the slightest attempt to apologize and was still 30 minutes before closing after driving 20 minutes out of my way just to get there. I usually don't do reviews like this, but the level of her customer service was so off-putting for me I felt my story must be told to the people as Im sitting in front of the establishment still 8 minutes from closing as their last customer waiting leaves while the other worker was already done doing nothing, because heaven forbid they get stuck there until closing with a customer. This was my first visit to this location and will also be my last at this location. I implore you to enroll this girl in an entry-level course at Charm School for rehabilitation.

Second time I've been here and had to finish my haircut, this time I asked for finger length on the top and she got both sides but completely missed the middle, leaving the center 1-2 inches about an inch longer than the rest of my hair. For a $23 dollar haircut, I expect more than shotty trim that I have to finish, I'll never go back again.

There was a 4-person wait and 3 women working. They all finished their cuts around the same time and were cleaning their stations. I would imagine they could have sat three new customers in a matter of minutes, but no. A customer was having difficulty checking in online and ALL 3 women felt it necessary to stop what they were doing and assist him at the computer. This went on for fifteen minutes: 3 employees huddled around a computer with four customers waiting. Could two of them not have returned to their jobs while one dealt with the computer? Was the computer issue really a 3-person job? I don’t know if this experience speaks more to the employees’ incompetence or laziness. I will not be returning.

Better and cheaper than the Great Clips in Kenmore. Even though it was my first time there Not kept asking questions to make sure she was going to do the right thing before she cut.
