Gastro Health Kirkland is known for its amazing and wonderful care. From the moment a patient contacts the office by email or phone, the team schedules appointments quickly. Every person, from scheduling to check‑in, assistants, PA’s, and doctors, is attentive, kind, and understanding. The doctors are warm, funny, and competent, and they listen carefully to the patient’s concerns. Patients feel cared for in a warm work environment where co‑workers talk. The staff is very good and the doctors are knowledgeable and caring. Patients describe the experience as a breeze and say they no longer dread future visits. The clinic’s caring attitude makes patients feel in good hands, and many will refer others because of the care.
The staff took time to explain the entire process completely, from required preparations on my part to post procedure. It was a very comfortable experience.
