“This business does great. Have flowers regularly delivered (Birthdays and some Holidays/special events) to my two beloved daughters who live in Kirkland and this is only business I ever use to do so. I live pretty far away. My daughters (18/16 as of this writing) don’t speak to me because their wealthy mother (my ex wife) puts a lot of pressure on the kids to reject me - but I never give up - and for many years this florist is and has been joyfully, enthusiastically and excitedly a member of my “team” to help my two loyalty-bind suffering and alienated daughters know how much I care for them, how often I think of them and how much I deeply love them. I greatly and deeply appreciate this florist for what she has done to help my daughters know I really do care. When my daughters are (finally) out from under their mother’s cruel domination a little, I want to take them up to meet the florist with a little gift (but probably not flowers)! I look forward to that day.”

“I haven't been here but my date bought me flowers from here. They are very beautiful. They were wrapped really pretty in this nice cloth with a ribbon and each stem was in its own water bulb. Each flower it's own pretty range. I buy myself flowers all the time and I really loved these!”

“Delaurenti is a wonderful florist. Their arrangements are stylish, sophisticated, fresh and last forever! Their customer service is always over the top but I had a truly amazing experience with them today . . . After delivering an arrangement to a friend who had just been released from the hospital, I learned that said friend was not going home for a few days but to his son’s house. Their delivery person went back to his house, picked up the delivery and re-delivered to his son’s house (a long way away) without charging for the extra delivery. I was blown away by this incredibly thoughtful extra step. Best florist on the East Side, no question!”

“This is the best florist I have been to in Seattle. I have lived here for 27 years. This is important because I remember what the block that Verde & Co. is on used to look like. It used to be a factory sized warehouse that was a processing and distribution center for large floral company. Alanna shared her story with me when I went to buy some flowers for my partners birthday. She said she was a little girl when that building was still in existence and that she would play in amongst the flowers while her mother was an employee working at the warehouse. It’s an amazing story that she has reclaimed that space and kept it alive with her small yet mighty shop. The flowers are all fresh, seasonal and curated by Alanna. She made the perfect arrangement for me after a brief inquiry about the occasion and my partners tastes. The shop has many other thoughtful gifts and cards to supplement your flower purchase including a flower press that I was very tempted by. If you live in Seattle then you will never need another florist. Tangled you, Alanna!”
“I called one "local" florist, but when I asked if they delivered to Harborview Med Cntr, they said... where is that! {hung up} Pike Place Flowers knew exactly where I was wanting them shipped. I spoke with the owner of the family run business. They would even check with Harborview and verify that she wasn't in the ICU. They would track and hold delivery until she out of ICU, if she was. If you need to send flowers locally, I'd give them your business.”
