Today is Thursday 8/15, it is currently 9:10am yet this car wash is still closed. No one is here. The hours are supposed to be 8am-8pm. How do you run a business if you cant even open on time?

The staff was very friendly, but the car wash wasn’t well maintained, and my car didn’t get clean. I think the prices are honestly out of whack. The “good” wash is $13, and it climbs to $20 for their “best” wash. Well, it wasn’t a good wash at all. I don’t expect miracles, but I do expect a car wash to get dust off my tires. This one couldn’t manage that much. Costco’s $9 touchless car wash does far, far better. I won’t bother with Flamingo again until I read multiple reviews that the ownership of this gas station has improved the cleanliness of the car wash and ensured that it actually cleans. No knock on the employee at all, he was very friendly and promptly came out back to start the wash. My beef is with the general condition of the place and the outcome of the wash. They could make a killing from drivers who value touchless wash if they clean up and improve the wash. EDIT: I read reviews after posting mine. Wish I had read them before opting to go here!

Miguel took such great care of my car! He was so detailed and had a kind smile the whole time. He even told me about the free vacuuming which I didn’t know about and ended up taking advantage of.

I was desperately looking for a touch-less car wash in the area and decided to give them a try. Worst decision ever. I support all the bad comments here. Soap barely does anything, after it car is exactly same dirty as before. Then the guy with a towel (that doesn’t change after each car) start wiping the car (effectively dry washing it). It scratches the paint and he misses dozens of spots and you end up with scratched and still dirty car. Would never recommend.

Got the better wash and my car came out clean. Also appreciated the free vacuums for the interior of my car.

The car wash is useless. Its more like a water show, they have sprinklers instead of water jets. They get your car wet and a clueless dude half heartedly wipes some part of the wet car.
All in all, if you want hard-water spots and disappointment this is the place for you. Try the best car wash, it’s most disappointing.
FYI all options are same, you just pay more for nothing. Confirmed with the guy there.

worst carwash experience. first of all it's not a touch-free because the worker manually wipes water with rugs - he touches the paint, would lead to scratches over time. second - the quality is literally terrible, it's just a rinse, not a wash.

Still our favorite car wash after 20 years. The car comes out cleaner than at other touchless car washes. After moving further away from it, we began using other touchless car washes. They just don’t compare. When our car needs a quick wash we’ll be using Flamingo going forward. My only concern from my last wash was that the towels used by the individual wiping down the car appeared to have been dirty. They left black smudges on the body and significantly streaked the windows with a film. I wound up having to clean the windows and wipe areas of the body. As this is the only time this has happened at Flamingo, I’ll let it slide. I just hope it’s not typical of them now. We would really like to give them our business.

HORRIBLE!! Do not go here for a car wash. You’d get a better wash from the rain.
