No employee know what to do or how to process fedex shipment. I was too scared to drop off my important documents?

I don’t know who is running the FedEx kiosk at this location, they probably aren’t doing any staff training, because they don’t even know how to accept a drop off package. They couldn’t figure out how to print out a shipping label even with the barcode provided. I had to take my package to a UPS store instead.

Just a pickup and drop off location inside Walgreens managed by Walgreens employees.Not a full fledged FedEx site. Go to “FedEx print and ship” locations.

They can't send out mail, just have a drop box if you already have everything ready. Couldn't even sell me an envelope!

Dropped off my PRE PAID package for a return and it didn't leave this FedEx location for over a week. Can I give less than one star?
