Worst health care in the state terrible service. Had an appointment scheduled and was leaving for London the next day they told me to go to the wrong facility down the street nobody would help me by the time I got it figured out I had missed my appointment. I had also left early from work to be here. They never even provided the actual location I needed to go upon making the appointment.

Dr. Winnie Tsi is the best! This place is lucky to have her! Long story short I was feeling sick for over a year, nausea, headaches, dizziness fatigue. She diagnosed me as being servery anemic. She sent up a whole plan of recovery for me including calling the other Dr's that I needed to see. Thank you Dr. Tsi! She truly cares.

Updating review.
My mother was contacted to pay a bill she thought she paid. Initial confusion and frustration occurred due to their billing system being split between a new and legacy system resulting in a 30+minute wait time to transfer. Once transferred to the correct billing-department, the issue was resolved promptly.
Thanks for the help today.

Do not go to this place. Insufficient staff members. Doctor is nice but whole place is running very inefficient. They also have no concept of making patients comfortable. It took me 2 hours to complete annual checkup. They need understand other people’s time is as valuable as theirs. Look for other options if you have a choice.

The doctors and front office staff are really good but the billing department is not communicating on time with the insurance company and they bill the customers instead .It is like the health insurance is useless.

Literally the worst healthcare. My primary care retired over a year ago and I went with a new one, same location. My old one was fabulous, Dr. Gerard was the best. Now I’m with Rachel Murphy and she can’t seem to do anything. I call in an important anxiety med 3 days before I’m out and it takes her one to two weeks to fill, leaving me out of my meds for several days. I tried calling it in two weeks before I run out so that I don’t have to be without and I got told “sorry you have enough I can’t refill until next week” so again I call in the next week and it takes her 6 days to refill! Absolutely absurd. I have an appointment with Overlake and a new primary care, thank goodness! Evergreen is horrible now!!!

I wouldn't recommend this clinic. I have mostly used it for preventive care visits and physicians just spent 10 minutes in the examination, so I didn't have any reassurance that the purpose of the visit was met. Also although the preventive visit is fully covered by my insurance, they determined to charge for the visit since they gave me a couple of recommendations about my cholesterol level (which should be part of the visit scope). Me and my family have definitely changed to a different provider. Thanks for reading me.

I WAS a patient of Dr Billet for many decades. He is the most wonderful doctor and person. I drove all the way from Bellingham to lakeshore, after moving. My Dr retired in 2021 and I was placed with another Dr. Dr Vohora was the doctor I was assigned.I saw him once, October 26, 2022. This was my yearly wellness visit. He must have been in the room less than ten minutes and really didn't want to be there. NONE of the previous tests, reflexes etc were done. Absolutely zero bedside manner . On his way out the door, he asked if I wanted a shingles shot. I asked if it was covered. He said YES. Six months later I get a bill for almost $300. No explanation finally my insurance company is able to get the details. It was coded incorrectly and was rejected. Whatever happened to this clinic is a disaster. 30 plus waits on the phone and if you press 7, nobody ever calls back. I won't be back. I have a new doctor

I used to dread calling these guys for advise or appointments. I dont know what they changed, but I recently tested positive for Covid and I called them and someone answered within a minute of the call and they referred me to a nurse hotline and the nursed called me back within a few minutes. They have really upped their game and really improved there response and service from what it used to be!!!!

I use to go there since 2007, my PCP retired so I was assigned a new dr. Overall it was a bad experience, they mostly interested to do the minimum and keep you on the same dam meds, If your prescription requires a PA, they are not willing to put any effort and help you out with the insurance even if you meet the insurance medication requirements, time is money for them and that is definitely worth more than your health so it hard to hear from them. Mostly incompetent providers and unmotivated staff. I am glad I left them, I do not recommend this place.
