Not all laundromats are the same, and this one is a cut above given the world-class wonderful employee I encountered ("Nicole"), and the clean, serviceable, well-built, quality Electrolux and Maytag machines, and the VERY handy credit/debit card machine payment ability (some machines also accept coins, and there is a reliable change machine on site). The facility is spotlessly clean, with plenty of parking, fully self-service or leave your laundry for reasonably priced full service. There are nearby walkable cafe's, shops and markets to purchase a snack or accomplish errands. This place is a gem. Hint: pay attention to the Google "busyness" meter under "Popular Times" in order to find a less busy time to do your laundry.

The owners were very helpful.
I haven't been there for years and the owner walked me through the process and even offered tennis balls for a quicker dry. Very thoughtful.

Large selection of front load washers and dryers. Everything one needs for laundry. Very clean. The attended is friendly and attentive.. Lots of parking, including handicapped.. Wheel chair accessible. This is the only laundromat I could find on the Eastside, that has "single load washers" ...All the others smallest washers are "double load"...Was going to another laundromat in Redmond/Bellevue but this is now my go to spot for laundry...

I have been doing my clients laundry here for over 2 years. I have gotten to know the staff and see the same customers on the days I go. They are really clean...know what they are doing and have the NEW and BEST MODERN UNITS. I am usually in and out in less than an hour...very efficient. I just started using my Debit card instead of coins.....that sure rocked my world!!!!!

Have not used a launder-mat in decades. My wife’s new ruggables machine washable rugs, need commercial washers. The owner and service manager both were extremely friendly, taught me which larger capacity washer and dryer to use.
The store was very organized and clean. The friendliness surprised me because they literally welcomed my business.

Great laundromat with plenty of machines and so clean! Needed to wash a king sized comforter that was too large for our machine at home. Attendant was so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and will be glad to return again.

My dryer broke down a couple weeks ago and I'm not ready to repair/replace it yet. visited here last week and it's very clean, lots of machines, easy to use, and the person working there was very friendly and helpful. And these dryers work so much better than my old one.
