Always impressed with the professional, efficient, and honest service KJ and his team provide. They’re remarkably well rounded. I’ve gone to them for years and even had my car towed from Toyota to them because they provided better pricing and warranty which Toyota wouldn’t offer.
Every experience I’ve had with them over the years has been a very positive. I have no hesitation when recommending them to others.

I've gone to Eastside Automotive twice, and both times were emergencies. Each time I have recieved absolutely fantastic service.
They were able to get my car in immediately and repaired quickly. I drive A LOT for work and not having my car was devastating, so the speed at which these guys were able to fix my car's issues was truly life-saving.
Every employee & mechanic I interacted with was so polite and helpful, just great customer service on top of the quality repair work they do. If you need any type of servicing on your car, this is the place you want to go!

Eastside Automotive has been regularly parking their customers cars in the bike lane adjacent to their shop when staging before/after repair work. This is creating a dangerous situation for residents including students that use this bike lane to go to school. I have asked them several times to stop parking their customer's cars in the bike lane, and they have repeatedly done this.

This shop is amazing. KJ and the team bailed me out of a very difficult position. I was in Kirkland on business, and someone drilled my gas tank. I had no one to lean on, living on the other side of the state. KJ and Del gave me a loaner car so I could get home, and they ran down a new tank. When it was done, they met me halfway between Kirkland and Spokane to exchange vehicles. Who does this?
This is truly an exceptional business and exceptional people. My highest recommendation.

Been going to Eastside Automotive on 85th in Kirkland for 15 years and they always take care of me quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs. Check with KJ, he will take care of you, and you will be very pleased with their work performed on any vehicle !

This is my second time taking my car there, and again I had fantastic service! Del was the person helping me this time. I was able to get my car in quickly, Del worked to make it as affordable as possible for me, and it was finished in a very timely manner. I will be back, and I highly recommend them!

They patched my tire within maybe 20 minutes! AND IT WAS FREE?!?! Who does that anymore!? These guys! (THANK YOU!) I recommend making an appointment, they're busy because they're incredible!! However, I would like to note, I didn't have an appointment and they still made time for me! Super friendly, great experience, 10/10 would recommend!!!
