Soooooooooooo many varieties of crystals, stones, and beyond! I was overwhelmed by just how much inventory they have. I meant to stop in for half an hour and ended up being there well over an hour. The woman working was super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you love rock shops, this one will rock your socks off!

This is my partner and I’s favorite shop for stones. We both have gotten gems, jewelry, mystery bags and keychains from the shop and love visiting. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable as well. Everything is fairly priced which is hard to find today with gems and minerals!

Went in super excited to buy some new rocks and crystals to add to my collection. I was asking the store attendant some questions about each stone and meanings and such and she seemed very irritated. Overall terrible customer service and pretty pricy for the quality, will not buy anything from here.

I love this shop so much. I used to come here regularly. Went back in today and left with a ring that I needed but only after I asked a billion questions for an hour, lol she was so sweet and answered all my questions and chatted about crystals with me. Can't recommend this shop enough.

Only thing that I didn't like was the size of the shop, it's very cramped, but its got a great selection and very knowledgeable staff. :)

Cute little store with an adorable dog to keep you company while you shop rocks! Owners are knowledgeable and friendly and even though it looks cluttered, there is organization within the chaos. Will come here again for my crystal needs!

This is a fabulous crystal/ gem shop. They have an incredible array of crystals in a variety of forms and styles. There are polished, carved, natural, etc. The prices are reasonable and there are items affordable for any budget. The couple of times I've been there, the employees were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I entered and was told if I had questions she was there to answer them. My overall experience was awesome and I'll be returning here for my future gifts, and needs... ????

I love both shops. Whatever fits your budget they have it. Awesome selection of rocks, crystals, fossils, jewelry etc. The owners and staff are super nice and knowledgeable.

Its a but difficult to find if you're using Google maps. Google will take you to the street side of the building but the shop is in the back by the parking lot.The store has a great selection of rocks and crystal, more than any shop I think I've ever been in but it's a very small space and difficult to get around if there are 5 or 6 people in at a time. They're on the pricey side but there is a sign on the door that says they will meet their competitors price. Staff was very helpful. I would go back especially for that hard to find item.

I have always had good experiences with this Rock and Gem store. I met the guy who started it, he is no longer with us, can’t remember name, the man was Very knowledgeable about Washington state gems and Western US gemology. He had husky voice Very nice man. I’ve always been happy with transactions at this shop, may have new ownership, the good customer care continues. A knowledgeable salesperson is nice, I prefer that to a clerk trying to make sale. ?
