Liam was charged with fixing our vacuum. The motor was shot and they had a new one sent to us instead through the dyson warranty. After receiving the replacement vacuum, I had questions and Liam was quick to respond and take care of me. Fantastic service. I really appreciate what they did to take care of me. THANK YOU LIAM!
