Buying an engagement ring can be daunting in and of itself for some. We had family diamonds and jewels and we wanted to create a ring that would encompass both of our family’s as one. The time, patience and guidance given to us by Jeanette was exactly what we needed. She’s fun, easy going and really careful not to step on anyone’s toes during the process. This place doesn’t exist. It’s an online business that listed itself as a physical business on Google maps, and just put the post office as their location. If you plan on going here to shop for jewelry, expect mail.

A simple repair of 3 sets of earrings saved me months of heartache! As I was about to leave, Jeanette asked if I wanted to have my wedding rings cleaned. SURE! The techie discovered two loose diamonds plus three prongs about to pop out my main setting. I never thought of cleaning it, as its been on my finger so long.

Jeanette provided excellent and honest customer service when I made a repair appt for my jewelry. She also sized my wedding band which I have been meaning to do which was offered for a reasonable price. I received a holiday discount on a gold necklace and it is very good quality.
