Dorel is great at scheduling and delivers on his promises. His crew did a great job fixing minor paint damage on our grand Cherokee. The paint match was excellent, they delivered the car when they promised, cleaned the interior and washed it. I will definitely return!!!

Very frustrating interaction. I called to ask if they had availability to look at my car and was told I could bring it by for a scan. When I asked how far out the repairs would be I was told he could do a scan right away. He asked when I would bring it in for a scan and I told him I was going to call around and see if anyone could get me in for repairs. At that point he said "ok, whatever". I hung up. He wouldn't give me a straight answer and then is rude when I say I'm calling other people. No thanks.

Dorel was able to diagnose a problem that a previous mechanic could not, even though the problem was caused by the first mechanic who installed low quality aftermarket parts. Dorel’s knowledge and expertise in the field is untouched compared to others and is very fair with pricing and letting you know what a project will cost. Found myself a trustworthy and reliable mechanic for my future needs!

I've done brake repairs at Dorel's twice on my 2009 Toyota Camry and I've had no complaints so far. He is friendly and very responsive, offers fair prices, and always outlines the work ahead of time. He does a quality job and I trust leaving my car with him. Do not request a quote on Yelp, it's better to call him directly.

We've been going to Dorel's for several years - he's honest, responsive, helpful, and down-to-earth. Tells us what's wrong, how much it will cost, and what could realistically happen if it's not addressed.
