5 stars for quality of work, 1 star for quality of communication. It just took a really long time and it was extremely difficult to get any contact at all regarding the moving goalposts of when it would be done. The work is beautiful though.

I needed to have the foam replaced in two couch cushions so I called this place and they said to bring the cushions in. Since I live close by I thought this would be a convenient option so I dropped off my two cushions. The estimate for replacing the foam in 2 cushions was $500! When I said that was too much, they said I could get new batting which would refresh the cushions for $250. I asked if that would make them firmer and was led to believe it would so I fell for it and said to go ahead. It took them 2 days to do this. Finally got the cushions back and there was no difference at all in the firmness, they were still too soft and caused pain to sit on. Took them to Friendly Foam in Bellevue and they replaced the foam for $181 total. Now they are back to like new. A very expensive lesson for me. Shop around if you need this kind of service and make sure they clearly state what you will get for your money.
