All the staff are fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about their departments and can always direct you to someone that knows more if they don't have your answers. They also do custom orders for fish which is pretty awesome.

This place takes really good care of their pets of all kinds, they guarantee 100% satisfaction of the pet and make sure if you have any questions or problems first days being home they have a vet that can see your new pet and help you as much as they can if anything they will cover all expenses as well.
