We were forced to reject our delivery after they made little effort to problem solve getting our couch up the steps of the apartment building. Instead of working to solve the issue, they put it back on the truck and left. Dania refuses to refund the delivery fee despite the lackluster attempt made by the delivery drivers. The rep that called blamed us and was resistant to making accommodations. The customer service here falls way too short for the amount they charge for their furniture.

Staff appeared tired, slow moving with little motivation to help customers. Very disappointing.

I worked with a Sales Associate named Dexter. He was energetic, and knowledgeable about the different models. I ended up selecting a bed that was delivered with a broken slat. Dexter promptly scheduled for a furniture tech to go to my home & replace the broken slat. I know I’m in good hands with Dexter & will be returning to purchase from him again.

Ranielle Brooke is an amazing person to work with at Dania when you are shopping for furniture. She is very well with explaining things to us. She doesn't push us to over sale. She is someone I would definitely look for if you are thinking of purchasing furniture.I will never work with anyone else matter of fact as long as she is at Dania I will never buy from no other furniture in Washington states

Dania in Kirkland was perfect for our needs. The product was excellent and we receive compliments from everyone we host!Dexter, the salesperson, was extremely helpful in managing the order from start to finish. He provided outstanding service and was very knowledgeable and efficient. ?

I submitted a 1 star previously due to multiple delivery attempts for furniture. The first 2 times someone just forgot to load the item onto the truck. Each time I had to reschedule delivery that was convenient for Dania and not for me. The 3rd time they attempted delivery 1 item was correct and the 2nd item was no (counter stool was ordered- regular chair was loaded), obvious height difference. The first review Jenny responded with her phone number to call and straighten out. I have now called 3 times, once not even asked to leave a message, 1 voicemail and 1 message with a person. Still no response, When I checked the order on-line it stated that the side board was not on the truck and the chair was delivered- This is exactly the opposite. Once again Dania's incompetence shines through. I still have no idea where my chair is and Dania seems to think they have delivered it- Anyone want an extra Sideboard?

Love this store!! No pushy sales people. You can just walk in and browse. The sales people are very approachable though!They have a beautiful selection of midcentury furniture and I have literally outfitted my whole house with the pieces Ive seen at this store. They also have a great 'clearance' area. Which is always my first stop.

Dania has the best customer service ever!!!! They gave me no trouble when I had need for a furniture technician for a bed frame. They came out the next day and solved the problem for free. So happy we bought stuff from this store the price came with the value and that’s what anyone should want. Thank you Dania. God Bless this wonderful company!!!!

Their showroom had so many choices that it was hard to pick. The sales people were so helpful. And then when the furniture was delivered, the guys were so clean and professional. A great experience from start to finish.

Buyer beware. I've been looking to upgrade my dresser and I found a dresser that I liked here. I bought it on 1/26 but they were backed up on deliveries for 2 weeks. Instead they advertised a third party moving service called Lugg which could deliver it sooner on 2/1. The Lugg delivery guys sent me photos of the damaged dresser before they picked it up and delivered it to my home. My wife and I inspected the dresser before we bought it and there were no defects. It hadn't even been a week since we bought it. Pretty disappointing for our first experience with Dania Furniture. Never buying from here again.

I purchased a couch and loveseat set and have really loved it. Purchase and delivery went great and so the it's as comfortable and durable as I had hoped.
