Cubes storage in kirkland - renting storage space here was a breeze. Customer service experience was exceptional. Mercedezz and Angel were professional and kind. As you walk in the office, you will notice the multiple camera angles from a large monitor - gives you peace of mind. The office was clean and there were ample moving supplies. The storage unit we rented was clean and was easy access to the entrance. The lock mechanism was robust - no padlocks. You are given 3 keys which is a plus. The hallways were clean and well lit. Elevators were huge and keypad access was intuitive and secure. There were dollies and carts available. Also, they gave us free use of the moving truck for 4 hours. We were able to see the space, pay our bill, and purchase supplies within 30 minutes. Thank you Mercedezz and Angel for taking care of us and our needs.

Very helpful staff. Clean, Dry, Secure,Climate controlled storage. We started with two large units as we were between residences. Down to one after moving and great stuff still secure in Kirkland.

Mercedezz at Cubes self storage in Kirkland made my first time renting a storage unit an excellent experience. She patiently explained all storage options as well as a tour.
This facility is super clean and has lots of security measures in place. They have multiple cameras, passcodes needed to access the elevators/building, lots of flat beds to help you move in/out and for me the best benefit was the use of a moving van for 4 hours for FREE. (License and car insurance needed)
The office also sells a wide variety of moving supplies.

Have had such great experiences here- helpful, friendly, patient staff. Super secure and clean facilities in a nice area. Loading area is easy to navigate and covered from the rain. Moving is normally stressful, dealing with all the logistics is hard- but these people took burdens off my shoulders and put a smile on my face. I left lighter than when I went in. Highly recommend!

Went in a few days ago to rent an additional unit for my ever changing needs. Received a warm welcome from Adrienne and she didn’t hesitate to assist me. She even went as far as checking to see what internet specials were going and saved me 50% off my first month! All the employees I’ve encountered at Cubes in Kirkland are always happy to help. That coupled with the very convenient location is why I’ve stored with them for over 5 years.

Miss Adrienne and Mercedezz are the BEST!
I was tasked with clearing out old company records and those two wonderful ladies were so helpful! They were very accommodating with my numerous boxes for shredding even after I filled their bins (oops ?) The facility itself is very clean and very secure with flexible hours for access! If you need self storage, Cubes is the place for you!!!

I love the Cubes in Kirkland! I've had two units here and one in SLC for the past 7 years. I've never had an issue with them. The place is spotless and the staff is awesome! The location is perfect. Adrienne and Mercedezz are awesome, helpful and engaged. They keep the place spotless and help out any way they can. I rarely post reviews, but with service as it can be these days, these folks get my respect and appreciation.

These people are outstanding! Adrienne Jones and Mecedezz Rodgers went above and beyond to accommodate I and my wife's needs. The facility is clean and has a restroom, the parking lot has a covered loading and unloading areaa, which was great since it was hailing. We love the security features and hospital sized elevators (which made moving stuff with the carts easy!). There are lots of carts and provide a free moving truck!
