Not very happy with how things went. I came in today looking for something specific. I had a lot of questions, and the service I received here was seriously lacking. I've always loved costco, but the interaction with the staff today was no good. I was told they were going to see if they had a specific product I was looking for, the guy left but never came back. I had waited over 30 minutes and no one returned. WAs pretty upset over that

Eye doc Dr. Li is excellent if you are looking for a pair of glasses and have a difficult prescription.

Costco was the first to be established in the United States. Because the indoor space is not very large, I quickly browsed the entire store and found the products I wanted to buy quickly.

Great place for bulk shopping. The food court is amazing. Parking is tough if you go during peak hours. The food court is great. Recently they've added a giant cookie which is awesome.

I love Costco but we just went to the Kirkland one and got new phones from AT&T. Great deal for IPhone 14 pro but once we left I received an email saying our phones won’t be delivered till April? Now I’m told if I want to cancel and reprocess o have to go back to the store? Not thrilled with this service seemed like it was too good to be true and it might be. Do better with communication.

Nice Costco in Kirkland. Quite the rush on the weekends. Better to go during the week if you have time.

Costco, you and Kirkland suck. Me and my family got sick off of your food one too many times. You owe us a refund.

I worked there. I was a seasonal hire with a wife and a kid on the way. Our first born. They said that if we worked hard then they would consider keeping us. I worked hard. I ran when we were in the front end and doing carts. Got a ton of compliments from the management. Other managers even suggested to fellow employees "Move like him." No walking. Worked till close several shifts. My first born son was due to be born that year and he was born on December 22nd. So we ended up going in to the hospital on the 20th. I communicated to everyone ahead of time that this was a possibility hoping that it would not reflect poorly on my possibly being able to shift from seasonal to full time. I returned to work on the 23rd to find out that we had blown past our goal away as a store. We had the first 2.1 million dollar day as a retail store. And it was the first time any Costco store had done 2.1 million dollars in a day in the history of the company at that point. I also found out that the next day...the 24th that they cut all the seasonal employees. Myself included. Married for just a couple years. New baby...Nothing mattered...We were all as "seasonal" employees out of work. It did not matter how you performed or how hard you worked. They made record sales and then cut all of us. Loved the pace. I loved working there. But have always been very disappointed in how they handled that. I would probably still be working for them in some capacity if they would have not made that decision and instead actually looked at us as individuals. To this day I tend to have more than one job out of just a hard work ethic sense of being cut by this organization. If a hiring manager says one thing. Just know that means...nothing. A culture that encourages you to work hard. Then ignores your accomplishments, only to cut you and everyone else there because corporate says so, while making record profits, might not be the best place for you if you are young with a family on the way.
