Had a great experience working with the folks in this tire Centre. Went there a day after a tire blew out in my car. They were prompt in assessing the damage and installed a replacement tire under warranty the very next day. The wheel required a little work as well and they did a great job over all.

I wish they I could give 0 stars. If you're okay with being treated like a second-class citizen and rushed by passive-aggressive staff, then this Costco Tire Center is the place for you. My experience here was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The organization was non-existent, and most of the staff acted like they had no desire to be there. Out of everyone, only one person was polite and approachable.
I went in to get brand new tires for my car, and while the wait time was somewhat reasonable, the way I was treated made me wish I had taken my business elsewhere. When they called to notify me about my cars, they hung up on me before I could even say thank you. The entire experience felt rushed and unprofessional.
If you value courtesy and professionalism, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. There are better options for tire service where you won’t feel like an inconvenience for simply being a customer.

Ordered two tires that needed to be shipped to this location. One of the employees suggested Tuesday afternoon to install the new tires. We arrived that day to get them installed only to have another employee tell us that the tires were actually supposed to arrive Wednesday. So, they made an appointment before the tires even arrived and when we called earlier that day, they didn’t even mention that.. how?! We wasted 4 hours of our day driving to and from since we had to take a ferry over.
We rescheduled the appointment for Sunday afternoon and I specifically asked them to call me if there are any issues with the tires being delivered on time. When we arrived for our appointment, they told us our tires still had not arrived and.. no one bothered to tell us again! I mean.. seriously? This could have all been avoided if they had just called or texted us. And to make it worse, they were annoyed at us for requesting a refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Made an appointment to change two tires on a car. They booked it for the next day even though the tires weren’t supposed to come in for the day afterwards. No call or message to inform us until we arrived at appointment. They book another appointment for four days later, we arrive, still no tires available. The lack of communication is the worst I have ever experienced. Don’t bother coming to this location for anything car related. No accountability or effort to make things right. What a waste of time and energy.

We blew a tire on the 405 onramp North literally right next to this Costco. I pointed it out and wrongly assumed we would be ok. We dropped the trailer (with the flat). I checked online where it says tire center open until 9pm (Redmond) and showed up at 8:25pm. Apparently they close at 8:30pm in Kirkland. Thats cool, no problem. Unfortunately when we came through the door rolling a destroyed tire the employee we encountered just said, "we are closing" with a look of disgust on her face. Zero help. So we get to leave a 35k work trailer on the side of 405 over night. Thanks.

Made an appointment for tire rotation. I was told the wait time is 1 hour to 1 and a half hours!!
Even though this was a ridiculously long wait for a tire rotation, i waited for one hour 45 minutes only to find that they haven’t even touched the car or get it in the shop.
Never purchasing tires from Costco or doing tire rotation there again !!

Buying tires at Costco is a very complicated process, and their communication at this location was abysmal. Not worth any potential savings; take your money elsewhere. They perpetually have a full schedule “for the next three weeks”, and a tire rotation takes 60-90 minutes, so don’t let the promise of “free tire rotations” influence your decision. Go somewhere else.

Had a flat tire that turned out to be a bigger issue. Matthew and Cody were super helpful and patient in sorting out what the best plan would be, even considering service options not provided by Costco. Appreciate the help!

Good. Provided the free tire with warranty. Service was fast. Still loosing some air but the service providers are good and supportive and knowledgeable staff.

Called in to ask about available inventory for my vehicle's tires, was met with a snarky reply that there are three sizes for my vehicle after hesitantly looking up my vehicle in the system, and then placed on a very long hold. Called around 10:45am on Mar 24

An hour and a half is a crazy amount of time to change tires when you don't have a waiting area and all the appointments are scheduled. Would have been three stars but I found a nice spot to sit on the sidewalk and the weather was great today.

Very happy experiences with Omar in Kirkland Tire Center yesterday.I asked helping. When Omar knew this was the first time for me to meet the tire pressure checking yellow sign, he gave me a complete guide. From read the instructions in my car to set up the number on the Air machine, and showed me how to let the air into the tires. He explained very clearly, worked very friendly. I was lucky not only for my car was back to normal but also for me was educated. So impressive and appreciated! 2/13/24 M

Yesterday, my tire went flat, and Oman was exceptionally professional, thorough, and attentive in checking the air leak condition of each tire. My experience was very positive, and I highly appreciate the quality of service provided.
