Everyone at this pharmacy so far has been super
helpful, very nice, and has gone above and beyond checking medication stock and helping me navigate coupons for filling my prescription. The customer service so has been nothing short of awesome and is very refreshing compared to
other pharmacies!

Did not contact me about my prescription being ready for two weeks, so they apparently got rid of it. For clarification my medication is a controlled substance and in shortage which means 1 I cannot get refills 2 when I don't get contacted that usually means it's not ready/on backorder (based on my experience at many other pharmacies). Staff was friendly but suggested only that I ask for a refill (not possible, staff member said "oh that's right" when I mentioned this). Now I can't get my meds until next month. That's like, a massive bummer. Idk. ?? The staff was sympathetic but that doesn't replace the medication that I need. I would not recommend Costco Pharmacy to anyone with a similar prescription.

Had a great experience today with Costco Web / Mail Order Pharmacy. The pharmacist, Trang, contacted me regarding the medications I had been prescribed - she was concerned about a possible crossover effect from other medications I am taking. I really appreciate the concern that this pharmacist gave me. Paul Jackson

One of the rudest pharmacist I ever encountered. He wouldn’t even listen to my question on vaccine eligibility and simply says bye. Thankfully another pharmacist was kind enough to answer my question. It’s a shame that individual employees can bring down the reputation of a good chain like Costco.

The most unhelpful pharmacy staff at this Kirkland store. Tried to refill a med that isn’t a controlled substance but was told they didn’t have enough in stock. When asked for a partial fill was told this couldn’t be done on the medication. Really ? As a health care provider I know the migraine medicine is not a controlled med. Basically was told I could call around and see who had enough medication in stock. Won’t go back to this store ! I’ll take my business to Tacoma where I used to live … they are awesome!

I recently adopted a beautiful doggie and he takes a medication for allergies. Costco has the medication for $20 less than the vet office so I asked them to contact the vet's office to get the refill. Well... the vet took several days and never sent the prescription despite the fact that I called 3 times. So after hearing all this, and knowing my dog had ran out of pills, the nicest lady at Costco pharmacy told me she would call the vet's office directly, even though they had send the request via fax twice already. This was beyond her duty and the reason why Costco is known for amazing customer service. She finally got it strengthened and refilled the prescription. I was not only i pressed but also very grateful. Way to go Costco!

Costco Pharmacy is located inside the Costco of Kirkland. The people who are working here are nice and helpful and service is decent. I don't really see any lines usually. Would recommend this pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy. I will brave the Costco parking lot 10/10 times to go here over the Redmond CVS! They are kind, fast, amazing prices and overall are wonderful. Highly recommend.

Rediculous hours. What good is having sightly cheaper medications if I can't get them when I need them.Edit: and it wasn't even cheaper in the end. They refused to honor the GoodRX price and charged me an additional $85 because it was for my cat. Apparently Costco hates cats.

It's Costco, a wholesale store. And like any popular wholesale store, expect a lot of people on the weekends, probably all day unless there is a Seahawks game going on. The lines are going to be relatively long. They usually have most items unless there is an issue with a supplier as a result of the quarantine or something similar. Weekdays (and some weekends) early when they open and midday is not as busy. Even when they are busy they do an effective job of managing the chaos by adding additional checkers and personnel to help unload/load your shopping items. The store is clean with no red flags, even in the restroom. They get a lot of traffic and the restrooms are relatively clean. I'm very thankful living this close to a Costco. It helps my family save on buying bulk items. Solid 4.5. Sometimes the staff is too busy to help when you need to find something but that is somewhat expected.

This "Our" Costco. My wife gets about 75% of our food and goods here. That's why I've bought their stock. That's another winner. Always a good value for a large family.

I like Costco In general.. the Kirkland Costco warehouse has a lot more options as compared to other Costco stores in the Seattle area.. the produce and quality of products is unbeatable not to mention the price.. total value for money.. they do have some international products like roti, kulfi, lentils,etc.. we also love eating at their food court - the pizza, hot dogs, chicken bake..finding parking here can be a pain during peak hours.. hats off to costco to take great precautionary measures during covid times.. me and my family feel safe to shop at Costco due to the rules in place with respect to mask, etc.

Thank you for requiring ppl to wear a mask in your store. Hopefully other stores will follow the same rules. I believe masks are one of the only protections we have n for ppl to not follow these guidelines are irresponsible and deadly!
