Love this gas station - always got friendly staff.. I was harassed by Kirkland Police Department though after I got out of the Overlake Hospital emergency room with my boyfriend. I was smoking a cigarette with him before filling up.. which was annoying as I was out of it from being in the hospital.There's always trash on the ground here so the maintenance isn't ideal but the friendly staff makes up for it! :)

I am a daily customer at the lake Washington locationThe staff currentlySpecifically Ritchie and Destinyare always cheerful, helpful and most importantly on the job!!Many days a few months ago there wasn’t even staff to open the storeThe employees that show up now are amazingPlease treat them well and retain the crew you haveLike somewhere to sit occasionally and give them a break … never complain but I see them trying so hard !!Store looks wonderfulFinally !Good job teamYou make me smile ‼️?

Absolutely horrible customer service experience at this Circle K gas station in Kirkland. The store manager, Jennifer, acted rude, angry, disrespectful. She verbally abused me. I am reaching out to the Circle K corporate office to get upper management involved. This is 100 % unacceptable behavior by a store manager. Employees like Jennifer should be terminated from their positions.

It's no secret this Circle K needs some help. I'll lay it out here along with its positives.The Circle K is convenient on my route between job sites and right now a promotion gives me some cash back if I make in store purchases. The biggest perk here is that the fuel here is the cheapest around. After that though this Circle K is just sad.The pumps are very fickle. You have to be so gentle when you press the lever to get it pumping, it's so hard to latch it so you can pump hands free. This is of course if the pumps are working, in my first visit the pumps were just down due to some sort of power problem for about 15 minutes me and other customers waited it out for them to come back on. A woman who was waiting, said it happened the previous week she was there.It looks a bit rough around the edges, the road sign that tells you how much fuel is as you drive by it, is out and has been out for weeks. The systems all look old and when I went inside this visit, there was not hot food. No breakfast sandwiches or muffins or anything. They entice you with posters and advertisements but there is hardly anything in stock. Oh, and the soda machine is out of order with a little paper sign. Even the attendant looked sad.Again, cheap fuel, but just a sad Circle K, badly needs a renovation.

This store has to be the worst ever... I stopped there to purchase some lottery tickets and the clerk was so rude and disrespectful! I spent $10.00 for lottery tickets and he says you have to buy something else from the store or I can just take your tickets back, I was shocked and told him I don't see any signs stating that I had to purchase other items in the store in order to receive my tickets you printed, He said we don;t have to put any disclaimer up cause we can change our policy every hour if we wanted too... We'll that was the wrong thing to say to me: I don't tolerate SCAMMERS and Jackass. #Government
