Ive worked with Christy now for a few years as my insurance agent. She is extremely communicative (especially when in need of a quick response), very transparent with rates/additional discounts (what you can do with your quote to save additional funds if you wanted) and I get the flexibility of paying monthly without having to worry about paying upfront for a 'discount' like other companies (if I pay upfront for a year vs. monthly). If you're not using Christy and team, you're probably missing out. I've sent many friends to chat with her and the team and they've all switched over and are very happy with the team!

Christy's the finest insurance agent I've encountered in 45 years. She's also an astonishing person. Like everyone, insurance companies sometimes make mistakes. When hers made one, far outside her own purview, she voluntarily braved stiff headwinds to correct it. Hers is an increasingly rare form of virtue. Truly, she's an inspiration.

Today I met Christy Niemann..............it was like meeting my platoon leader in the military, while leaning how to do my first of 44 parachute jumps.............Her presentation was like she cared............and she did and does care. Christy was the type of Business Owner I wanted to help me in securing insurance for my house, auto and umbrella..................she explained everything to me like I was her student..............She has an admiral way about her presentation, and you just lean forward and take it all in. She is easy to look at and she speaks with a proactive approach as she wants you to understand completely what she is teaching you, and I say, teaching, because it is a form of teaching, of all the ends and outs of insurance coverage's. So she is through, as she should be..............now the other part to this insurance policy, is putting it in writing......and that is where Lindy comes in. Lindy took all of the information for my policy from Christy and than made up the policy for home, auto and umbrella, and when I looked over the policy it was readable and while reading it, lindy stood by to make sure what she wrote up was what i understood was to be the new policy that Christy and I had agreed to, and it was. The very last time I was involved with such technical data was in the military. Christy was amazing, and Lindy was heart warming......................Today was a perfect day. I don't know where you can do better if you want insurance coverage. I wish I had State Farm many years ago from this Agency.

I am so impressed with Christy Niemann and her team. They are all tremendously professional! Always willing to help and they get everything done in a timely and accurate manner. Both my auto and home rates are good and they keep me informed of any changes I should be making. They also go out of their way to explain things in a way that makes it easy to understand. Their willingness to make sure that I am happy as a customer is a rare thing in today's environment.

I got renter's insurance six months ago. My bike was stolen just last week. I got my payment much more quickly than I expected, with minimal fuss. I shall be keeping my policy. If I get a car, as I am planning, I shall be using this place for my auto insurance. I wish I could leave six stars.

I was looking for a local State Farm Agent to move our accounts to. Christy Niemann's office was less than a mile away. I set up an appointment to interview her to understand how she operated her office and to discuss the concerns we had with our former agent. As a long-time, highly experienced State Farm insurance agent she was the perfect choice for me as her way of doing business was just as I had hoped. She knows the ins-and-outs of insurance and has been very helpful to ensure that I am properly insured. She is always just an email away, e..g., I emailed Christy on a Saturday evening as I had just purchased a new car and inquired on what information she required to transfer the old account to the new car. She emailed me back on Saturday night at 10pm!!! Now that's what I call SERVICE! She is a trusted agent!
