I have been with Choice Insurance for nearly 2 decades. I started with auto and home policies. I subsequently added business and nonprofit policies. Over the years, I shopped around at other places just to ensure continued value, but I keep coming back to Choice for their amazing customer service, exemplary empathy and helpfulness, and overall exceptional value. At this point, I tell my family and friends to not even bother looking around as no one beats Choice. Krystle is the best when it comes to personal insurance needs. And Laura knows all the ins and outs of business insurance. I am so glad to have these two as my partners. Thank you both. You are the best!

I moved over to Choice Insurance during a very stressful stage of my life and Krystle made all the difference in the way she handled everything insurance related for me! Dray Skoda has been the most knowledgeable, most responsive insurance 'educator' I could ever hope for. My small policy certainly isn't a money maker for CHOICE, however that is never apparent when speaking with Dray, who always goes far above and beyond with any questions I may have. If you are considering changes in coverage, I encourage you to at least talk with Dray for the details you will need.

I have a business that makes insurance hard to find. A friend referred me to CHOICE Insurance and I worked with Robert and Laura. They were both great -- Laura was so patient with all my questions and I didn't feel pressured to get the policy before I was ready. I've already referred them to multiple business owner friends in the same industry as me and have also heard great things from those who have used CHOICE Insurance's services as well.

I am a HUGE believer in Robert Clark and his team. I originally was a contractor performing work on Mr. Clark's home and I began asking questions about what he did professionally. Once I learned about Choice Insurance I became extremely interested, and requested to sit down with Robert and his team to tailor make a policy for my construction business. I was originally with Farmer's for my business, where they began raising my rates on my growing business. Choice Insurance has helped me save about $10,000 a year of what I was paying for, between switching my general and auto policies. $10,000!! This is not skipping quality, this is finding the company that's willing and able to look at potentially candidates that other larger insurance companies are not able to find/use. The whole process with Robert and his team was informative, comfortable, and I only ever felt that they had my needs at heart. You are treated as an individual and not a dollar sign and that's how I run my business as well. I am a huge believer in Robert and his team, and a big shout out to Laura Tikker who has been nothing but world class while handling my account. This is the insurance I have referred to any home service based company that I've come across who needs to be represented by an insurance company they can believe in. Thank you Choice Insurance team, you're great!

Kellen was able to save me about 1k a year on auto insurance! Not only that, but he also trippled my coverage! GREAT customer service. He even called my old company and cancelled for me. Could not have been a more pain free process. I would recommend him to anyone.

Cancellation policy is a joke... $650 for cancelling insurance is ridiculous especially when they tell you they will flat cancel policy and they send you a different form that you need to sign to get a refund.
