“Giving this Zara 4 stars because I'm from the Bay Area and I love the self-checkout section at this location - it makes purchasing clothes so much quicker and easier. Zara is well-known for having very long lines, it's like that at essentially all of the stores I've been to especially on weekends. I've never understood why they don't have more people working at the registers when it's super busy, especially when they have both a kids and mens section where they can ring people up. I've been to this Zara many times and have never had an issue. There's a good selection of clothes here but the customer service could be a lot better, the staff is never really welcoming which is a bummer.”
