Ive came here on multiple occasions and the clerk is always rude, this time around i couldn’t find my debit card while looking for it the clerk comes out demanding that I leave because I am holding a pump up, there is literally nobody else there. The clerk is beyond aggressive. The reviews are as expected this place is not professional at all.

Stopped by and purchased gas, then my friend and I went inside to use the atm. We quickly finished our business then left. Before leaving the parking lot, I remembered I needed to get a little more cash and went back inside to use the atm again, went straight to the atm, then realized that I needed to transfer the money from my venmo account to my checking account and I needed to grab my phone. I went outside and grabbed the phone and when I walked back inside, the clerk told me that I was not allowed to use the atm. That I needed to leave. I tried to explain things to him but he cut me off and told me to get out. And here's my point...
The gas prices here are the highest in the neighborhood.
They have a tiny selection of snacks and beverages.
And very unfriendly staff.
I live right up the street and I will no longer be giving them my money!

I prefer Chevron gas and unfortunately this is the only Chevron left in Kirkland WA as the others were either closed or bought out by 76. Drove to get gas at this morning at this particular location and all stations were taped off. No access to gas. Not sure if it is for service or what, but annoying to drive all the way there and not be able to buy gas.

AVOID this Chevron Station, employees just don't appreciate your business and seem upset you came into the convenient store to buy something while they are on their cell phone. Thus, the low overall Google rating.

Great customer service and even met the owner today and he was very kind! The store is stocked up on your favorite snacks and drinks, who needs Safeway when they’ve got the Chevron in Juanita! I will definitely be coming here to get my snacks, gas and car cleaned!

They've done a lot of work to improve this station. But they have one female employee who absolutely refuses to wear a mask, on top of that her customer service is seriously lacking. This entire pandemic she has worked without a mask. Half the time when I come in as a customer I have to hunt her down in the parking lot because she's working on or cleaning her car. If you're worried about COVID this place doesn't take it seriously. If you're just looking to grab something and go, this place doesn't take you seriously.

I like the place but they have a bad customer service. The cashier old man with the glasses was so disrespectful to me. I only asked for cash back and he said to me why I never told him from the beginning. Excuse me why you having an attitude. I hope the owner of the gas station see the comment. Because this guy is very rude. Also he don't smile and he was playing with his phone all the time.

In the evening hours the younger clerk claims he can never make change after ringing up an order, this is an attempt to get you to use a larger bill out of frustration and he won’t give you change. Even if you have coins to make a purchase he won’t take them while he is watching videos on his phone. Literally won’t take your money because he is so lazy. I’ve never met someone lazy.

This is the best place they have the cheapest price on 18 pack of rolling rock anywhere around at $9.99 they have propane they have tons of pumps
