We were helped by Bernadette and she was absolutely lovely. We had a great conversion, she helped us out perfectly and we left the bank with a big smile on our face.

I opened a joint account with my mother, provided all the required documents, although we had to re-visit the branch a bunch of times, as the banker helping us was clearly not trained to open an account. About a month later (during holidays) I received a letter in mail from Chase that they wanted us to submit (not re-submit) ID for my mother, unfortunately I saw the letter late (due to holidays) and they shut down the Joint account, even though I was the primary holder (existing chase customer for years). I called the bank and the same banker answered the phone, I explained the situation and she promised she'd look into it since she was confident that she has gathered and submitted ALL the required documents from us. I never heard back from her or anyone from the branch so I called again, and this time I left a message for her since someone else answered the phone. Still nothing from her nor anyone else from the branch. Awful experience, how hard is it to open an account Ahn?

Cerise, the branch manager, deserves recognition for doing an excellent job assisting us with the money transfer. Although this branch not being the closest to our home, we chose to come here due to a negative experience at the Totem Lake branch.The lady at Totem Lake Branch didn't know how to do a domestic wire transfer and kept asking us for help, and isn't willing to seek help from her colleagues, even with our requests. It's very frustrated, and we promptly left and visit this branch instead. I believe we make a great decision.

Avoid this branch at all cost. The banker I spoke to made multiple mistake handling foreign exchange service request. And their listed phone number is incorrect, you will have extremely difficult time reaching out to them by phone. Worst chase branch I've ever been to.

On line it was indicated they close Chase Bank at Bridle Trails Shopping Center 6:00 pm I came 5:05 pm but it was already close

They kept having issues fixing my problem. The people in the booths trying to help were fine, but the woman at the front was condescending every time I had to go in, and verbatim snarked "I thought this was fixed last time." I wouldn't be back if it was fixed. She needs to work on her attitude.
