Saw other reviews and was apprehensive to come in for a wire but Zeyan at the counter was very friendly, patient, and efficient. Would gladly come back.

Stopped by to open a checking account, Ashkan didn't even bother to stand up even though there was no one meeting with him.. he didn't want to meet with me either.. very strange interaction with a very rude "private client banker" .. won't be opening an account here

Not a good back if you want any level of good customer service. Ashkan was rude and condescending, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Opened a business account and they closed it without telling me or providing a reason.After about 6 months I kept getting letters, emails, phone calls that chase needed more info about my business to keep my account open. Each time I returned their calls, emails, letters and gave them the requested info and was assured the account was in good standing. This happened at least 6 times. I have emails and recorded phone calls with them saying the account is in good standing.Went to deposit a rather large check into the account and it wouldn't let me.Got a letter in the mail a few days later stating the account had been closed with no explanation given.I have been a chase customer since they took over WAMU, I plan to move all my personal accounts to BECU soon.
