We had some bodywork done and this location of Carstar was great to work with. There was a glitch with their online booking system and allowed us to book a time when they were closed but Sarah just happen to be in the office and let us in and booked an appointment for us, on the spot. So nice of her to acknowledge we were there and go through with booking an appointment! She said she sends updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays and she did keep us updated.
We have USAA insurance and they work closely with them to get estimates and repairs done.
They are also a pick up/drop ofc with the Enterprise Rent a Car down the street so that made getting into a rental very easy.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The staff were always kind, helpful and informative. They communicated timelines and expectations. Worked well with my insurance company. My car looks just the same as prior to the accident. Would definitely return again.
