Amazing condominium, great location very quite back units and attentive management. Even when my cat destroyed the door stoppers they came and fixed it the day after.I enjoyed my time there and was especially happy with the large walk in closet space and big bedroom. Living there is very calm experience while you get to meet other like minded people in the neighborhood and in the building. Strongly recommend especially if you just moved to the area.

I’ve lived here for almost a year, and I’m glad I chose this place over several other options when I moved to the area. Abby (the manager) is very responsive, professional, and friendly. Being able to walk to QFC right cross the street and to the waterfront in less than 10 minutes is really nice. Highly recommended.

This place is fantastic! location is killer. The staff is amazing cant say enough great things. Abigail is amazing, she does not miss a beat,Great manager. Here you can walk across the street to the park, 3 blocks to the beach and DT Kirkland. Caprice is secure and the safest building. Clean and modern. My unit feels bigger than the actual sqaure feet. The layouts are open and great flow. The bulling is layed in concrete. Its solid, you dont even know somene lives next to you. This place is Dog freindly. I love that I dont need to drive anywhere. I have QFC across the street, gyms, kinkos, you name it you have it in walking distance. Emerald City Smoothie is right out are front door. The big bonus is that Kirkland is building an awesome city scape across the street. Great Shopping, 5 star resturaunts and movie theatre, bowling alley, to much to list. Really this place is killer all the way around. I give it an 11 out 1-10. You will not be dissapointed living here.

Great experience working with Spencer and team through the lease process. Been here for about two months and have had no issues! Rent is reasonable for the area, plenty of street parking, and can barely hear neighbors.
