It was an easy and smooth appointment. I love how advanced technology has brought to this appointment where we get any updates on our phone and paying through our phones. Edward was an excellent advisor who explained and answered all of my questions and concerns. I can tell that he truly cares about the customer service. I feel very content after the car appointment. Especially after series of bad experiences from other locations in the past. Will definitely come back and have this location as my preference spot for any car services!

Flew in out of state to buy a brand new Denali ultimate truck to find scratches and two dents in the truck. This truck to start wasn't even washed before purchase. I was handed papers before I was even able to look at the truck. I Was also uniformed about any damaged prior to flying in out of state to the truck, had to find out for myself. Sales manager of Buick GMC has been good to me so far but was not there for my $100,000 truck purchase. As I was not aware of. So dealing with these issues I was greeted by the “Cadillac Manager Jeff, he instantly had a bad attitude and told me I’m over exaggerating and I’m just trying to get a good deal. I was also told by Jeff that he would have fixed this and I would have never known. I don’t like to do business like this. I was there to buy a $100,000 truck and that’s what I expected to receive. I was told I would be reimbursed for my plane tickets by the sales man, then Jeff told me we will not be reimbursing your flights . I thought that would be fair for the time I wasted and time off work I had to take to get to the dealer. I have bought several new vehicles/toys in my life and this was the worst experience I have ever had.

What a great experience with Buick of Bellevue. My salesman Steve did a great job on getting me the car I wanted at the price I requested. The cash transaction took less than an hour and we were on our way home in a very nice Toyota Highlander. One of the smoothest and fastest car buying experiences we've had in 35 years.
Thank you. Highly recommended. Btw, the whole facility was very clean with welcoming people. We live in Bonney Lake but if we are looking for another car, we will give Buick of Bellevue a shot first.

We had a great experience at Buick Chevrolet GMC of Bellevue. Our salesman Kyle A. is a great communicator and trustworthy. He's very knowledgeable about the features and options and guides you through the decision-making process in a way that makes you feel like he wants you to get exactly what you want. Ali got us through financing in a streamlined manner and was patient and nice to deal with. Management stayed behind the scenes and supported Kyle, which I also appreciated because we weren't dealing with multiple different people.
