This advisor is a racist and talks too fast. I ask her to repeat but she doesn't understand my accent and ignores questions. She registered me for support class I dont need. Bad college and bad service.

Very blessed college and neighborhood. God is here, and God is with you. You can go to one of the churches right after classes. Wonderful location and wonderful people.

This school offers great programs, however the staff is very lackadaisical, there is no transparency in the financial accounts, accessibility is atrocious and the admissions coaches are borderline rude. I submitted a request for more information about the certificate of proficiency for Social and Behavioral Health in January. The admissions coach who responded provided NO information about the programs available and insisted that I apply. He never answered my questions and left a bad first impression of the school. Upon applying and being accepted by LWT I received my login information via email and quickly found that trying to navigate the school website was equivalent to tracking down the Illuminati and ending up in a rabbit hole. As if the website wasn't hard enough to navigate they have now added okta verify! A higher education institution adding a program that businesses use to protect customer data is way over the top. The okta says that my password is wrong even though I just changed it 2 weeks ago and I requested to receive a code via text message and despite a dozen requests for the code it was never sent. The tuition listed is WRONG! They are charging fees for random things like Campus Fee (my class is online), Wellness Fee (wtf is this). I inquired as to what these fees are and financial aid office never answered my questions and they still haven't processed my financial aid and class starts tomorrow. I am definitely not going to attend this school and I can totally understand how they have a high drop-out rate!

Highly recommend taking CLEP exams for Math and English no matter how well you do on the placement exam. Even if you test high in the placement exam and therefore do not need pre-requisites for the classes you're taking, they'll still want English and Math credits to be completed. Blindsided before getting a certificate but the new advisor noted this would be clearer in the future (the program noted only English 099 and Math 087 were needed and placement test results exceeded those....so this has been super stressful). I thought I was going to faint when I heard more classes were needed ($$) that don't even relate to the program. CLEP exams will keep you from having to take a whole quarter of these classes if you pass. Hopefully they consider either using the placement exam to fulfill program requirements or simply offer CLEP since that's the way to test out.

I have gone to school here for 2 quarters. I've been going to college for 23 years, and 5 different colleges. I WISH I HAD GONE HERE FIRST. the entire staff cares about my success, from the awesome security guards to the dean of students, and everyone in between. BEST COLLEGE EVER. I have 3 advisors if I need them, just to make sure I'm on the right track, and have all the tools I need. they all truly care.

If you are looking for a smaller and more student focused learning experience this is the place to come! From the moment I stepped foot on campus, I felt a difference from all the other schools.Lake Washington is the most inclusive, accepting, supportive, student-focused educational environment I have attended.Every person, from the staff to teachers and up to the administrators and directors; is open, caring, and compassionate. If you're a teen participating in the highschool programs, an adult getting their GED, a person wanting to learn a trade or achieve a degree; I highly recommend coming to check out this school. There is a place where you belong.

I applied for the Dental Hygiene program at LWTech and got accepted. They sent me an email offering a spot in cohort and I accepted it. A few weeks later, one of the faculty members emailed me saying that I got offered the position in error and there was a miscalculation during the process for multiple students. They have miscounted points for dental experiences and that results in changes in the ranking and causes me of falling out of the top 30. I have never expected or exp

My son was on running start, they dropped him off for the reason he didn't pay for book rental fee, it made his graduation delay, high school teacher was so mad and complained to this college. After graduation he was in this college again but they dropped him off again the reason for FAFSA didn't go thrugh, I didn't know, and we cannot go their office because of pandemic, they didn't even contact parents about that, even I contacted collede and instructor who made it, never response. No support, I don't reccomend this college.

I always recommend my school, this is my second time going back for a new career and am so glad I did. They have helped me tremendously through this pandemic. I will recommend them even more after they showed me how much they care about their students. I’m very proud to be attending your school and thankful I chose you from the very start! Apply to this school guys, they offer so many great courses!

Been here for 5 years. I left high school after sophomore year and ended up graduating high school here. I got my AA in dental assisting here and now doing pre reqs for dental hygiene. Some teachers aren't good but you can get that literally anywhere. I don't find it to be a big deal. They keep it clean and they have nice programs. Occasionally giving away free pizza and popcorn.
