Had a really bad experience at pharmacy today. The pharmacist lady was rude and screaming as I was trying to return a medication that didn’t get processed through insurance. Instead of talking to me in a calm voice, she just started screaming and making fun of me.

The pharmacist and her team are incredible. I was there to pick up my prescription and saw how busy they were . I needed to get a Covid shot and they were kind enough to squeeze me. I was nervous about getting the shot but the pharmacist was very patient and assuring . This has been my neighborhood pharmacy for years and just wanted to say thank you!

This is literally the worst Pharmacy/Bartell Drugs Pharmacy I have had to deal with. Their phone line does not work for requesting a refill? They make you stand in the “drop-off” window for up to 20 minutes (they can see you through the glass waiting) when you are actually forced to go down there IN PERSON every month (bc again, they don’t answer the phone) and ot can take them up to 40 min JUST TO ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION regarding your refills. They act like you have nothing better with your time to do but to hangout at the store?? They completely prioritize flue shots and vaccines over standing, waiting, customers and will tell you to your face they won’t help you until after all of their flu shots appointments have been taken care of?? MIND YOU at this point I am STILL just Waiting to ASK for a refill that I shouldn’t even hve to ask for as they already have the recurring electronic prescription and I have been going 1-3 weeks past my refill time because I HAVE A FULLTIME JOB and who on earth has time to deal with this nonsense?? I can be empathetic to staff shortage and surge in flue and vaccine shots due to the season but this pharmacy particularly has showed me consistent rudeness and inconsiderations in regards to my limited time.

“Eh” neither here nor there.. customer Service occasionally feels a little bit rough here. I’m grateful that it’s an option in the area, but I don’t find myself regularly trying to visit this particular store for anything.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever encountered. Doctors say they need to phone prescriptions in several times before anyone at the pharmacy actually processes the prescriptions. When trying to phone, doctors and patients cannot get through to an actual person because no one ever answers the phone. It can take days before doctors get through to the pharmacy. Even once doctors get through and the pharmacy texts a message to say a prescription is ready for pickup, patient arrives at the pharmacy to be informed the order has not been prepared. Wait time is then a couple of additional hours. Don’t use this pharmacy if you want prescriptions filled. The pharmacist also leaves instructions incomplete such as refrigeration requirements. Pharmacy employees are observed to be rude to patients waiting for assistance.

There is a mean old-age female cashierToday I went to pick up my online photo order, and there is a mean old age female cashier ruined the mood of having family photos printed out and shared at home.The prints were poor quality this time. (attached a sample) I asked whether we can make it right. She requested me to show her all 10 photos and Judged each one of them in front of me. She then requested me to show her the photos in my phone to proof it was print issue rather than my digital photo issue. Instead of providing a solution, rather she was more interested in proofing me wrong and getting to other ppl’s privacy space.She failed to proof that was due to my photo issues, and then she quit and asked someone else to work on solving the problem. At that moment, I am no longer interested in getting them reprinted at this store.It’s overall a disappointment.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to.I request my prescriptions 1-2 weeks in advance. I've been to the pharmacy 3 times this week, and my medication STILL hasn't even been ordered. I am sitting here in withdrawals AGAIN, because this happens regularly.I also have a $500 prescription claim that I've been trying to get assistance with since Dec. It's May and someone finally took a second to help me instead of blowing me off. Turns out they didn't bother submitting the claim in December.

I avoid this pharmacy whenever possible. Without fail, they order the wrong items, miss the delivery promised, bill the wrong entity, you name it they will find a way to mess it up. No matter how much effort you put into being clear and try to make sure everything is clear and they understand, it will still be wrong when you arrive.

This has been my go to place for over 30 years but ever since Rite Aid bought them, it has taken a downturn. I am so sad. I only come now if I need something quickly.

Gratitude and admiration for three of the associates at this location. David and Logan keep the post office running smoothly, even when faced with unreasonable anger and demands from customers. I've watched these interactions many times while waiting to pick up packages. Really unbelievable patience/kindness when dealing with these challenges. They are truly a great representation of customer care.Also, Rick always goes above and beyond for his customers. Never fails to greet you with a smile. Genuine and ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Hoping Bartells recognizes his dedicated care for all.These employees really make your store the best.

The pharmacy is a joke. Every time, they fill my prescription AFTER I come to pick it up. So I have to wait over 30 minutes. Maybe I’m not up to date on current practices in pharmacies, but I don’t think that’s how filling prescriptions works. I understand they are busy, and I was accommodating the first five times this happened. Anyway, I advise you to never come here.
