Had a really good experience at the bank, which seems like an odd thing to say. I was helped by, I believe, the manager and she helped me with my account and credit cards. It was seemless and easy.

The 5 stars are for Olivia Killingsworth. I was worried about coming in because nearly every BOA that's not an ATM has dismal reviews averaging 2.5 stars or less. However, Olivia made the entire closing account process quick and painless. I was impressed not only with how much she was running around to get everything done (being the only available staff member on the floor) but she was incredibly down-to-earth; I felt like I was sitting with her at a coffee shop or something that speaks of a relaxed atmosphere; she was professional AND vibrant. Anyways, I'm SUPER grateful for her and the fact that she gave me the kind of closing any customer would wish for was indeed something to be grateful for. I'm pleased that her name is on my closing receipt. Someone give his woman a promotion. PS: I don't know the lady who helped me before Olivia but she was pleasant as well. Great job, ladies.

Three B of A staff standing around asking about our day while we wait half an hour in line to get to a teller window. Only two teller windows open Monday morning.

Omg, the worst retail bank employee I have ever dealt with in my 45 years of life. Mind you, I am a Stanford Law School and MIT Google PHD fellow. I have banked with Bank of America for 15 +years and had gone regularly to Kingsgate as my home branch for over six years.

I have had a few problems with BoA Kingsgate in the past, but I can probably chalk those up to a lack of good communication on my part. More recently, I have had to do some rather complicated transactions involving closing my deceased dad's account and opening an estate account. I found all of the employees there to be very friendly and helpful and even willing to talk to me over the phone with many of my pesky questions. The only drawback I see at this branch is that they have not had a Notary Public for many months, and I've had to go to other branches to get things notarized. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the services this branch has provided.

Omg, today I encountered the World's worst retail bank employee ever. Mind you, I am a Stanford Law School and MIT Google PHD fellow. I have banked with Bank of America for 15 +years and had gone regularly to Kingsgate as my home branch for over six years. Today, I went in to replace my lost atm card at my local Kingsgate, Kirkland, WA branch. While there, I encountered the least consumer -friendly/consumer- oriented person I had ever met in my entire life. His name was Nate Feinberg. He identified himself as "manager". Feinberg initially wasnt interested in approving a $400.00 withdrawal out of my account even though i presented him with driver's license, and B of A credit visa card etc. The only way he would approve this is if I answered a text he sent to my cell phone. He did this while looking at both of my submitted pieces of information and while I was standing right in front of him. Despite all this, Nate Feinberg refused to issue me a replacement ATM card. I have never experienced a similar problem at any B of A branch in Washington or California. I have lost my ATM card numerous times over the last fifteen years. The last few times, I went to the Woodinville branch of B Of A to replace it, and there were no issues. If you follow my yelp reviews, you can't help but notice I really am not a person that writes negative reviews about anyone. However, today I walked into the Kingsgate B of A Branch and experienced the most unimaginable interrogation. In order to apply for a replacement ATM card, Mr. Feinberg insisted that I needed to provide the following: -change of my original account maiden name (Schultz) , thru to my former married name "Warthen" (married 2004-2009), and now onto my name (as of 2015) "Guerrero". He asked for this, despite the fact that I had been paying bills, ordering checks, coming in person to the bank with no issues besides today in over 15 years. What a moron. I can sympathize that all of the" real managers" might have been on vacation during this part of the year. However, i cant excuse or imagine the reason for any of this other than Mr. Feinberg's own personal bias or lack of professionalism or training. I am a social media influencer with over 100,000 thousand followers on my social media sites.I cant imagine B of A Kingsgate would hire someone of Mr. Feinberg's caliber to provide customer service. . Update: i went into Woodinville branch of B of A Saturday, January 5th. Despite there being a really long line and her waiting for an appointment a bank officer named Esther, agreed to look into my account. Cant say enough good things about Ms. Esther. She was efficient, super considerate and really smart. All she needed to do was to look at my B of A history and compare that with the documentation i provided. She was such a superstar!!! SMH comparing service I received in the two branches literally 6 miles from one another.

Slowest bank branch in the history of bank branches.
